Your toilet is not flushing properly. you call a plumber. they advise that your toilet is flushing 'normally' despite my report that it has never been this sluggish in the 25 years I have lived here. I am again advised that it is working 'normally'. I requested that the business owner review his workers determination. He and his worker again affirmed that the toilet was in 'perfect' working condition and that they 'snaked' the line and it was not clogged. The worker repeatedly threw down excessive toilet paper that he then flushed, to demonstrate to me that the toilet was working 'normally'. I
