A sewer jetter is a long, flexible, high-pressure hose with a jet nozzle on one end. The nozzle typically has a front-firing jet to break apart clogs, and back-firing jets that propel the jetter hose forward into dirty drains and scrub the sides of the pipes. Donnie and Mike did an awesome job! They were on-time, courteous, and very professional. They did a great job installing all bathroom fixtures and hardware. They made sure everything worked correctly and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend the company. They are easy to do business with and have a great office staff! The driver was here for less then twenty minutes, did the absolute bare minimum. When asked about the pricing cost break down he couldn’t give us a straight answer. A twenty minute job cost shy of $250. He said he was here for and hour, but I kept track and it was a little over 20 minutes. This man was extremely rude, unprofessional and left a mess for us to clean up. I highly recommend you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Maybe he thinks it took an hour cause it took him 30 minutes to write a receipt down; that no joke looked like a toddler wrote it.

I got a call from our vacation renters that a pipe had burst in our garage- on a late Sunday afternoon. Charlie called me back in less than a minute, and had a guy on his team to the house in an hour. He called me to walk through the issue and had the repair done quickly. Renters happy, crisis averted! Will be our first call for any plumbing needs in the future.

Charlie and his team are true professionals. His guys know what they are doing and not afraid to get dirty. We had a pretty bad sewer line clog along with a water main break; these guys were on point and handled every surprise that was thrown at them. Very reasonable prices for the type of work they can handle.

Charlie has been my plumber for 14 years. I currently live in North Carolina but have rental properties in Atlantic City area. I sleep at night knowing Charlie is in business. Whenever I’ve had an emergency call for plumbing or my hot water heating system Charlie has always picked up my call and serviced one of my units within an hour . I have senior citizens families and other tenants who rely on his quick and expert service. He always tells me upfront what it’s gonna costAnd always Delivers exactly as promised. I would give Charlie 10 stars but this app won’t let me give them five thanks
