After being stood up on two previously scheduled appointments, Chuck showed up and apologized for the miscommunication and set out to make things right.

Joe and Barron Plumbing and Heating were exceptional! From the first call of setting up an appointment, to them coming out, diagnosing and fixing my problem, everything was very professional. I even got a text message with who the service tech would be and some info about him. In this “new world”, to have someone come out so quickly and actually be able to fix the problem within a few hours, I would say is incredible! If you need a plumber I wouldn’t call anyone but Barron’s Plumbing and Heating!

I had a sewer line backing up and called Barron. When I described the problem, they directed me to the Brigantine Public Works. The city came out and cleared the drain free of charge. I appreciate the honesty in Barron’s response, and will definitely call them the next time an issue comes up.

Great experience. I have never had more communication than I did with Barron Plumbing and Heating. They emailed and texted prior to arrival (with photo) and called to confirm. Chris from Barron Plumbing and Heating installed a new sink, faucet, garbage disposer, new shower fixtures and fixed our outside shower busted pipe. He was on time, professional and just a nice guy. They completed the work in less time than was estimated and and at less cost. I will definitely call Barron Plumbing and Heating for all my plumbing needs.
