Called bc express and joe came to my home and was great. he explained everything that my wife an i wanted made alot of great suggestions too, so we signed on for the nj go green program. 2 weeks later brett an lyle came to my home for the install they were outstanding the work that was done was excellent. they were here for a total of 3 days. they both installed a new ac unit, new tankless water heater/ combo on the wall, installed all new lines an pressure valves, spent countless hours up in the attic with that scorching heat installing the new heat exchanger, and after they insulation sprayed

I don't even want to give it 1 star. A bunch of crooks. They installed a tankless hot water heater after Sandy in our summer home. We have had nothing but problems with it. They had no idea how to install it because they said we were one of the first to get it. They do not stand behind their work or product. I have spent hundreds of dollars to repair this unit. Nothing but problems. Terrible!!!

Excellent assessment, competitive pricing and professional installation. Doug came to house for initial consultation. He was more thorough that the two other companies we asked quotes for. We had additional questions during the process and he answered our emails quickly and thoroughly. Once we decided on the type of gas furnace and AC unit they had us scheduled for installation within ten days. The other company was going to schedule us a month out. Our old furnace was non functional no less. And they were our existing company which wanted about 2k to fix the 23 yr old furnace. Doug said a couple
