WARNING!! This company had to come three times in order to accurately diagnose the problem with my HVAC unit. I paid $125 service fee for the first visit when I was told that I would need to replace the coil in the unit since there was no heat coming up. I called the company a week later when I discovered that not only was I getting heat but I couldn't turn it off. During the second visit the repairman honestly admitted that he did not know what the problem with the unit was. I had my building manager take a look after the second visit. He concluded that it was probably the motorized valve

They made an appointment with me from 12 to 4 PM. I waited until 4:30 pm to get a phone call that the rep was still working on a previous project, after my appointment was scheduled. Then they asked me if I could wait for them to arrive at 7:30pm. They could've had the courtesy to call me during the time that they made me wait. I wasted half the day waiting for them and that is why they lost my business. I feel that the communication was lacking, inconvenient for customer to have to bend twice, unorganized & unprofessional because if the lack of courtesy.

They Came to my house twice for the same issues....every time requested more money for the same issues.....kept guessing on what is the problem and never got it right.....now I am down a lot of money and still have the problem and when I called the office to express my concern, they were rude and asked me to use a different a/c company to fix the issue......horrible service and customer service....money orientated people.....please listen to their advice & mine and NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.....

Glenn came out for a consultation and was very nice and informative. However, I literally called three times and spoke with Glenn and the receptionist to try and set up a time for them to come out and do the job and they would promise to get back to me and never did. I guess they don't need the money!

I did get a response but never an actual quote. I had Breezin place an powered attic fan in my attic nearly 20 years ago, they gave me the best price back then. I was looking to get a quote like the last time for a gas furnace exhaust cap. I did some pricing and the flue cap cost between $25-35 my cost. Three screws into the cap and flue and your done, how much should this have cost? $150 TOPS is my guess. But I never got a quote, which is sad. I did get a quote from another shop for $300! That's shameful and excessive,so I bought a cap at Home Depot and asked to borrow my neighbors extension

I had the opportunity to speak directly with Sean (the Owner) he addressed all of my concerns in a professional and courteous manner. I'm shocked to read the negative comments, however in my opinion I was happy to do business with them and would recommend them.

Glen and Mike were a blessing for us on this frigid day. We were without heat all day with a 3 month old baby. We contacted Sears to get our furnace checked and Breezin came to the rescue. We were their last call, but they were patient with us and figured out the problem fairly quickly. The issue came when Sears kept transferring us to different departments when we were trying to confirm whether the insurance would cover the cost of their labor. Saturday morning I woke up to no heat,I called Breezin, The office was open(even though on line it said closed),I think the phone number might be to a cell phone that is always answered,it was not a phone service. Breezin's repair man arrived within the hour. My unit was repaired,no charge as I have a contract with them.

Breezin are listed on the Goodman Dealer & Service site as the company that services New York city - Staten Island, Manhattan etc. Yet when i call them they say, "oh no, we don't cover Harlem - that's too far up". I'm like, "lady, its only at 131 Street - just above Central Park. Its Manhattan and you say on your website you service Manhattan." "Oh no, we're in Staten Island and we don't do that area."
Okay - so maybe they should just say WHERE in Manhattan they service so we know they're not interested in our $$$$$

We have had a service contract with Breezin HVAC, Inc since approximately 2008 when they solved an annoying AC insulation problem that was caused by the AC installer and seemingly unsolvable by the other company with which we had a service contract. After seeing a Breezin truck near my office, I called and spoke to the owner, Shawn. After describing the problem (AC dripping from vents inside the house), he told me what was needed (insulation for rooftop AC) and how much it would cost. Shawn sent out a crew and thankfully the dripping problem was solved! I subsequently entered into a service contract

Breezin HVAC is an extremely unethical vendor. They were hired by our equally unethical coop management company, Esquire Management. We have been asking this management company for months to fix our unit ventilation, which we complained about to the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. An environmental investigation was opened. Esquire finally said they happened to have an HVAC vendor (Breezin) in the bldg for another issue and asked if Breezin could stop by our unit. We said yes as long as my engineer boyfriend could be there and an appt was premade in advance. No appt was ever made

Breezin exceeded my expectations in scheduling an unexpected service call and troubleshooting the issue. I was out of town and my husband had numerous meetings this week. Shaun and Fran were sensitive to my concern and scheduled someone to come out this week. He arrived earlier than expected, which fit in perfectly with my husband's schedule. The issue was diagnosed and promptly resolved.

I purchased a Mr Slim for a Apartment I own that is hard to heat and cool. Sean had me come to his office and "test" the system and showed me the product. He went above and beyond to explain the best system for my place and sold me a system that I did not think I could get for such a great price.
I got a system that I thought was very good until I got the electric bill. The bill was about 65o/o less than the normal electric bill and the room gets a perfect temp. in a matter of just a few minutes. I'm more than happy and the work that was done, so neat and they respected
