Do not apply to this place. The income numbers provided are an absolute lie and the employees are rude and condescending. The district manager of el paso that goes by the name of Joel Barrios is currently on Facebook arguing with and insulting potential customers and applicants by telling them that they are unsuccessful and that they just aren't smart enough to grasp his business. If you are going to buy solar I would absolutely recommend any of the other established companies in the city. Hopefully Joel won't be the manager for long

This is a real review of a customer of Meraki. Not the 5 star Meraki employees reviews that you see in here. It has been 2 years since the solar panels were installed and worst decision I ever made. But don't get me wrong, solar power is a great investment but with Jesus Buenrostro and his supervisor Angel Flores of Meraki everything goes to hell really quick. When we singed the contract, everything seemed to be great, promises of 250 dlls gift cards, high-tech led bulbs, top of the line thermostat, representative available for you if you needed something, the promise of government assistance

We don’t need solar panels what happens if the power goes off in the city and the cost was for no reason. That’s why Tesla is is making better solutions more than solar panels. Solar panels company’s just want the money and that’s it. Tesla is making great solutions. Don’t buy solo at panels please that’s a waste of time and money. Tesla is the real solution

Make sure to get everything in writing, I had my solar panels installed in February 2021. We were promised they were going to change out all of our light bulbs to LED and the optibox would be installed in April or early May. I had been waiting on the optibox because this was a great added value. I had to be the one calling to see when it was going to be completed. Then I was told June. We are now in August and I just had someone come to install the optibox and our solar panels haven’t been working since. Meraki’s contractor mentioned he was going to call Solious to come and fix a wire that

Ongoing issues yet to be resolved.. We were told we'd be up and running before or around Thanksgiving (we met with Bryan in August 2020).. We were told we get our light bulbs replaced - most were done on their first visit, took several phone calls to have them finish the lights they missed. We were also, promised a new pool variable speed pool pump - which we finally got installed 2 weeks ago (its now January). We finally got our NEST installed as well, which was also supposed to be done prior or around Thanksgiving. Our panels finally went up in early December - but the inspection took 3

I am very disappointed. I recently converted to solar and was promised 4 months of free service and a optibox as an additional incentive to sign with them. They asked for a copy of my electric bill so that they could install the necessary panels to cover my usage. Of course they made this seem like the best thing since sliced bread. I didn't need a lot of convincing since I have always wanted to get solar and I just bought my home recently so I thought might as well.

Meraki's rep promised me almost $1,000 worth of extra incentives he failed to deliver on. On top of that, my system was installed incorrectly and took an entire 10 months - that's right, 10 months - to fix during which time neither Meraki nor Solcius were helpful in any way shape or form. They're reps can promise you whatever they want to get you to sign: They're technically independent contractors so they can be impossible to reach and not have any accountability whatsoever.

Do not trust Meraki Solutions! First and foremost they showed up at my home yesterday afternoon requesting a detailed copy of my electric bill statement which sounded a little sketchy. Also, stating that they had spoked to my husband, which they had not even had come in contact with. I gave them my husband's number to return later the next day (a little uneasy). They sent my husband a text message asking in spanish when would be a good time to stop by. My husband politely answered he wasn't interested in the service and that "he would not like to speak to anyone regarding solar.
