It unfortunate the way they have handled at least my system. it was pretty neat that they installed it within 3 weeks after i signed the contract. however its been almost a year and it has not passed the el paso electric inspection. i call at least once a month to get an update and they always have a different excuse as to why nothing has been done yet, thats if they pick up the phone call. the same lady picks up the phone when i call and seems very disorganized. hopefully, whoever else gets this system with them doesn't encounter the same issue we have had so far and if you had a great experience

From signing contract to powering system on, Joe was always available and following up to ensure accuracy and work completion.
Everyone should go solar. It only saves you money. Can’t think of other consumer goods with an ROI as good as this one. 💰💰💰
