Thanks for coming back and continuing to try to fix things. Each crew had different issues from the first couple that argued in our parking lot and took more smoke breaks than time spent working... to that very last crew who yelled at each other across the courtyard, gossiped with our residents for hours, stopped working to watch girls on the pool deck and played loud music in our corridors. Recommend hiring more respectful people to get your jobs done.

This company came highly recommended to me so I thought I'd give them a shot. Had a terrible leak on the side of my building and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. CPR came out, removed all of the "fixes" that other vendors tried, and fixed it - for good this time! Only took 4 vendors to finally find the right one. If you want it done right the first time - call CPR!!

Being a new board member and starting a large painting project, I was a little nervous. I was on property everyday and overseeing the work. If I had questions all I had to do was call the superintendent Bryan and he came out and walked the job and went over everything with me. I did not know stucco had to "cure" before you could paint it. Crew was a pleasure to work with.
