I had irrigation installed in my backyard. Aaron and his crew did a fantastic job. They were friendly, professional, listened to my needs/wants, were extremely helpful, and used the best quality products. I believe the chemicals Diamond Lawn put on my grass caused a fungus with the high water table in Star. I am the only home on the street that used Diamond Lawns. I am the only house with the Brown Patch Disease. I paid them to make my lawn green, lush, and weed free, and it is brown, dead, and diseased. And when I asked them to come apply an antifungal to fix it, (we have been fighting it now for two years), they said I would need to pay for the application. So they charge you to cause the disease and they charge you to fix it. Poor business practices.

The guys at Diamonds Lawns have been taking excellent care of our lawn for years. They are so nice, helpful and professional. Garrett even took the time to try and fix my sprinkler head, and upon finding that it was broken, dug it up and told me how to fix it with a new head. How kind and thoughtful! He went way above and beyond his regular tasks. Definitely keeping Diamond Lawns!

Needed help with ants and spiders. Neighbor has Diamond Pest so I called. Aaron showed up exactly on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Have used another company in the past that was here and gone in 10 minutes. Aaron was much more thorough. No ants or spiders after his work. Thank you!!!!

We had some basic clean-up we were looking for help with in our flowerbeds. We called Diamond Lawns and were quote $85 for an hour with two individuals cleaning up. We expressed we're OK with that and if it went over by just a little, if they looked like they were nearing completion, we'd be open to a little more. The crew arrived (three individuals), did a good job pulling grass out of the beds and were done within an hour. Both of us were home during the whole clean-up and nobody came to us with anything other than to say they were done. We were prepared to pay the $85 right then but

We have used them twice this year for brush and juniper removal and both times they were quick, efficient and safe. The last time, they took out a large stand of junipers, filling their dump truck in only a couple of hours. They also trimmed an out of control pine, so it looked nice and even brought a load of topsoil, to "sculpt" the land into a blank canvas for us to plant this spring. Very impressed.

I can't even begin to describe how frustrating this company is to work with. We prepaid for their services and then never heard from them again. They refused to set up an appointment and said that they would rather just "show up". However, they require you to be home in order to do the work. I called every week for a month and was told they would be there soon. With all of the lawn care companies in the Treasure Valley, I highly suggest looking at anyone but Diamond.

Like all the reviews here and to come, this place is terrible. Office people has no common virtue, responsibility or customer service skills. If only the Owner(s) knew, they should get fired. Managers, Receptionist and AR person are dishonest! Save your money and don't use diamond lawns. The office is a mess. Very disorganized. They purchased the scott lawn accounts this past year. I was a happy Scott's customer. Diamond lawns is horrible. They don't come out when scheduled. I called and cancelled the aeration I scheduled because they didn't show up for three weeks. Then after I cancelled with the "manager," they sent a tech to do the service the very next day when I was not home. I called back to the same manager and he insisted that they didn't do the work? But then they sent me an invoice

This review is in regards to Specifically Cindy who works for Diamond Lawns. I did not move forward with their bid and know nothing of the quality of work. First off Cindy rescheduled me 3 times and mixed up day and time of when she was suppose to come. Came and did measuring and said she would email me a bid with in a week. She calls me in a week asking if I wanted to move forward and get on the books. I tell her I never received a bid. She said she would email it again and to call her back ASAP to get scheduled.
