J Wales (and our contact JD, specifically) went out of their way to be professional, courteous, and responsive. When our previous contractor fell-through, JD answered all of my questions, provided a valid, legal contract for roofing and siding, and checked-in on our construction at every step.
Our foreman, Joe, was professional and knowledgeable. Every crew worked diligently to make sure our roofing, siding, gutters, garage, and painting were done to our satisfaction. We had several small fixes along the way, and J Wales never balked at making sure the job was done right, on time, and on-budget

Our contact, JD, a man among men, was always available to give us project updates and dealt with any and all issues that arose. Work was 100% complete as described and agreed to. Short cuts were not taken! These guys are experts on metal roofs. We are so pleased with our new standing seam metal roof from J Wales Home Solutions! It makes our house look so much better than our previous roof. Dealing with J Wales has been a great pleasure!
