Forest house is exactly what it sounds like, a house in the forest; but the catch is, it's only five minutes from downtown Portland. Waking up here, you feel like you're on the backside of Mt. Hood - deer, woodpecker, trees, fog, etc. - but you're only a quick jaunt from urban culture. Best of both worlds!
