I wanted to love Same Day Frameless. They were super prompt in reaping to my inquiry, had an installer out to measure within a few days. The doors were ready 3-4 days later. And that’s where the wheels fell off. Our shower has a bench top which overhangs the tile beneath it by about 1/2”. I assumed they would cut the glass to go around the bench top. Shame on me for not confirming that, but shame on them for not telling me that they planned to cut my brand new porcelain bench top. Upon installation, they chipped the bench top and cracked a tile. I pointed out the bench chip when the installer

I just had a Glass Shower Door installed on my remodeled shower. The door looks great and we are very happy with the door and service. Same Day Frameless measured on Thursday and initially tried to install the door on Tuesday but discovered that they had to take the door back for adjustments and I was thinking that the door would not be available until Thursday but to my surprise Same Day Frameless called on Wednesday morning and told me that their installers were on the way to install the door. They were quick, very polite and professional. My door was hung and I was very happy. Thank you Same
