I would highly recommend Creative Carpet to anyone who is looking for new carpeting. Our consultant Dana was great, as was everyone we dealt with there, very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect carpet. Came the next day to take the measurements. The install went perfectly also. So far, extremely happy with the whole process and the product.

Just a great overall experience. From our first interaction with Dana for the estimate, through to installation, everyone has been super professional and helpful. I would especially like to highlight the installation teams because they take extra effort to be careful and to clean up, and also to do those one or two little extra things to leave the customer very happy. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

I am a repeat customer. Creative Carpet and Flooring has installed glue down tile in two bathrooms, luxury vinyl tile in the living room and carpeting in the stairway. The installers are courteous and efficient. They do a great job. I will contact Autumn Sibo when I am ready to start my next flooring project.

Dana helped me select multiple different porcelain tiles to choose from. She loaded them in my car and I had them for a few days to choose which one I liked best. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. When I went to pick up the tile, she even loaded it in the truck for me. She's super friendly and not pushy at all. Highly recommend!

After being disgusted with one of the BIG carpet stores.. we happened upon Creative Carpet & Flooring. We went into the Highland store and were greeted upon a short wait by Dana Krizmanic (who had just finished up with a customer). Very personable associate that listened to what we needed and was able to show us in the right direction. We were very pleased with the recommendations and ballpark pricing and we made an appt for her to come and do some measurements. Upon a timely arrival at our location, she measured, but also asked if we had ever thought of refinishing our 58 yr old hard wood floors
