I've been working with Steam Team Austin for all of my 7 years in the apartment industry. However, I became more involved with this incredible supplier in the last year as a new manager and especially with the destruction from TX winter storm Uri. A restoration team is not typically a supplier you want to have to become close with, as it usually (not always) means some sort of devastation or emergency occurred. So....was sitting at a RED traffic light at Braker & The Domain entrance (near Dillards) @ 9:50AM today, and the Steam Team (#15) van decided to run the RED light. The light was taking a little longer than normal, but again, the Steam Team van simply got impatient and ran the RED light. Once it turned green, we all moved to the next light at Braker & Mopac, and lo and behold, caught up to the Steam Team (#15) van. Is this something allowed at the Steam Team? Asking for a friend......

This is the third time we have called The Steam Team to clean our carpets. Our son-in-law, who has been in the flooring business for almost 30 years, would probably disown us if we called anyone else. The Steam Team has been his go-to service for a lot of years. It was a pretty ho-hum experience actually. We asked for a early appointment so we could open the house and turn on the ceiling fans to speed up the drying process before it got too hot. Perfect service and high quality work completed! I recently purchased an investment property in Kyle, Tx and only had about 48 hours to get the carpets cleaned before the tenants moved in. The previous owners had two dogs and you could still smell them upon entering the house.

I did not realize that our sectional, area rugs, and wood floors needed cleaning but my wife insisted. The Steam Team was recommended, by a couple of neighbors, as the best in town so we set up a consultation. Their tech, Roman, and his team came out and worked diligently with all of their equipment as they cleaned through years of grime.
My wife was right. I can't believe what they were able to do to restore our light-colored floors to look brand new. These antique 50 year old rugs, that may or may not have never been cleaned, now pop with color. And our sectional that has been abused by kids
