ServiceMaster Restore completed our mold remediation and water mitigation, as well as assisted us with providing a quote to our insurance company for all other necessary repairs.
We received two repair services from this company for our restoration project, which included our flooring and cabinetry. Brad Lackey sent us invoices for actual work completed on the items billed directly to our insurance company for the water mitigation and mold remediation, and for our bathroom vanity and plumbing. For the remainder of our project, he sent us credits for services

Our basement flooded after our sump pump went out. It was after 9pm on a Saturday and we didn't think anyone was going to be able to help us til Monday. However, Brad Lackey showed up that night, assessed the damage, educated us about the process our options and helped us get a new sump installed that night. We had the water drained out by Sunday and dried out the area with some industrial fans helped us get our personal items out, did a mold inspection and treatment Monday. We were amazed by how quickly and smoothly the service was and the level of engagement and customer service was excellent

ServiceMaster provided a very fast response when a tree fell through our lake cottage. They had the tree off the next day and roof covered right after. The damage was unbelievable, but they worked with us every step of the way to rebuild our cottage. The new cottage looks amazing and we are very excited for the upcoming summer.
