These folks are the best Baltimore movers! My parents had some belongings stored in crates there for years while they traveled overseas, and everything was in good condition when they returned. The staff is extremely nice and friendly, and was very accommodating when we needed to access the crates to remove some items and then re-store the rest.

Extremely easy to deal with! The three gentleman who moved my father in law showed up all three days EXACTLY when they said they would. Each one of them was pleasant, careful, friendly, and went well out of their way to take care of my father in law, and his items. I cannot say enough good things about how this move was handled start to finish; and the credit goes mostly to the gents who broke their back packing the truck. Secondly, this was a short notice move. We didn't have much time to plan and it went without a single issue. 10/10, I would not hesitate a single second to use these folks again

Had a very good experience with this company and the crew they sent out. Very professional and hard working. I never felt like they were rushing and they took care of our stuff too. We had a treadmill that was unable to fit down to the basement and the company arranged for a contractor to come out disassemble and move it to the correct area. Definitely would recommend to people in the Delmarva area.

I scheduled a virtual appointment last week to get an estimate for the cost of a local move on 6/24.Today we were supposed to have the appointment at 1:00, but instead I got a call canceling my virtual appointment and move for 6/24. I was informed that day was no longer available because the company’s military contract takes priority over my move, even though I was told that date was available when I scheduled. Even worse, I was told that I probably couldn’t afford the move because the prices would go up to compensate the difference between a military and civilian move. I was completely shocked

I am writing this because after 6 months after moving in and SEVERAL attempts to contact the company regarding our claim and issues we have received NO response.
Unfortunately we had no choice in our moving and storage company because this was a military move, and happened quite suddenly so we were in need of long term storage. We paid almost $300 a month to have our goods safely stored for 2 1/2 years. Upon unloading the crates ( I guess I should also mention they were late & messed up our yard with the truck) Several large items were NOT EVEN wrapped. My childs crib and ivory glider chair

Day one, Monday: Three packers showed up on time and They quickly got to work. When I went to check on the progress of my daughters room, the lady packing had literally thrown all of her breakable things in a box without wrapping anything! When I asked if she was going to wrap them, she said no. I asked her to wrap them, she again said no. So I told the manager or team leader (not sure what their title is), called her company and TMM. The issue was quickly resolved. The other two packers were amazing! They didn’t need the full two days to pack, so they let us keep our bedding out and brought

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The movers BROKE the banister in our brand new home and the company is refusing to pay because, "We talked to the crew and they said they didn't do it." Seriously??? That's hundreds of dollars in repair work on a house we've owned for less than a week and had lived in for exactly 3 hours at the time of the incident. Unacceptable. Not to mention the fact that one of the crew members took me aside and said quite frankly that there had been theft issues with certain members of the crew currently inside my home

I have been in the military 18 years, and moved 8 times in that time frame. When the military moves you, a company is contracted on each end... one to pack it up and then one on delivery on to unpack it. Of the companies I have had to deal with (approx 15), Park is the worst. By far the worst.
1st off, only 80% of our stuff made it to the delivery agent (Park). They knew this when they came to start the unpack but did not inform me. So as I am trying to keep up with inventory as they unpack a ton of stuff is missing, obviously. This made for confusion between unpack team and me for obvious reasons
