My grandmother locked herself out of her home. I called J&J and and told John the situation. He got over to my grandmother’s house quickly and got her inside, and made her a spare key on the spot! What a terrific experience! I’m so grateful there are still great people in this world that provide excellent service! Highly recommend this business!

I have a lung disease, therefore could not have contact at all. The gentleman that came did so almost immediately, took care of my lock issue In a way that we had no contact during this pandemic. The promptness and respect were unmatched by any service I’ve gotten to date. The cost was more than reasonable as well. I will not forget the kindness! Highly recommend and will tell everyone I know!

I was locked out of my SUV after losing my key/fob. I was at home and not an emergency, but John was able to get to me within about 2 hours and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. He even showed me more features that the key fob had.
Very reasonable rate also.

John from Jand j came to me He gave me a really good price he couldn't complete everything because I needed mobilization codes so he gave me a discount and offered to complete the job when I get mobilization codes for my truck it was really honest and very reasonable and you can talk to him and negotiate with him

They are consistently prompt and go the extra mile each time to make sure the costumer gets everything they need and keep going out of their way to get the job done right and as quick as possible. I emailed J & J for a quote to change the locks on our storefront style doors at our office. They responded quickly, and their quote was about the same as the other companies I had checked out. A little less on the per lock price, a little more on the service call rate, a little less on the copies of the key. Overall a little less than other companies. They provided a prompt appointment - SAME DAY! The locks were changed with very little interruption to our business and they were done in about an hour. He gave me a couple options and even suggested the less expensive option. The locks work well

This father and son duo are phenomenal! They helped me out with a Rekey several years ago and this time they were just as sincere, full of integrity and professionalism as I can remember from my first encounter. The arrived in the time quoted, completed the work efficiently and considering my being a previous customer were rather reasonable with the cost! The manager was so sweet and kind. She offered to help me with my automatic garage door opener as the keypad was not communicating with the unit in the garage. 15 minutes on the phone and she asks me to flip my breaker and sure enough it worked. I didn't even realize we had a brown out earlier that day. She went out of her way to help. Lovely people at J and J.
