I cannot recommend this place. I came here to get an estimate for some bodywork. As soon as I drove in, a guy (the owner, mechanic, or manager) signals to me. I rolled down my window, and then he condescendingly yelled at me, "Don't park in the middle of the driveway!" I waited approximately 20 minutes for an estimate. He told me the price. I didn't even get a chance to reply. Then surprisingly, he said, "If you don't like it, this isn't the shop for you. You can go elsewhere." Needless to say, I left and had excellent work done in Oakland Park, 40%

The owner of this facility is extremely rude and does not care about clients time! I took my car in on a Friday and the owner came out and looked at my car for the work that I wanted done and he quoted me a price and said that it would be no problem and scheduled me an appointment for that coming Monday to do the work. I took my car in for my appointment on Monday morning and the owner came out and told me that he changed his mind and was going to cancel my appointment and refused to work on my car! He was very rude about it and has no interest in good customer service or treating people nicely

I visited this place in April 2021. Upon entering I was greeted immediately with great customer service. Upon have my truck looked at I was educated on what would take place. My car was serviced and fixed with no issues and my truck was cleaned. I have to come back in August 2021 due to the same issue occurring with my truck. Jay remembered me and greeted me right away. He apologized for the inconvenient I may have been caused and reassured me he would do his very best as which he did in April. Once again specular customer service all around. I had our car scratches and a dent repainted, Excellent Body work.
At the owner suggestion we got an oil change. This vehicle never leaked oil, clean driveway. After the oil change, oil spots in the drive! The mechanic over tightened the oil drain bolt so tight the alloy oil pan cracked and leaks.
A common problem with getting your MB serviced at an independent garages. So says MBWorld.org
Remedy = $550 for a new oil pan and 23 hours labor $5,500 to remove and replace the oil pan. The entire front subframe needs to be removed to get to the oil pan. !#$%$%^&*. Too bad I can't add the

Seriously, have you ever just walked into a business and thought to yourself, "This is how it SHOULD be!"? Well, that's the case at Auto Tech. From the moment you walk into their shop, you are treated like family...no, Royalty. Jay and everyone at Auto Tech & Body amazed me with how they handled my car repair after a devastating accident which led to major body work needing to be done on my passenger door, fender, and tires. I was able to drive the car to AT&B and as soon as I walked in I felt like Hope, at the front desk, was completely understanding about the aftershock of the accident. The entire staff quickly helped me deal with the entire insurance claims process and had me on my way in a rental car in no time.

I just had a truly great experience at Auto Tech & Body and so I wanted to show my gratitude with a review. In the last month I had a rash of unrelated car issues come up. Every time I came in, the people here were genuinely attentive, courteous and patient in explaining the problems and my options. Everything was done timely, and one thing - the replacement of a brake rotor and pad - was even rushed at no additional cost so that I could have my car back when I needed it. Finally, the pricing was understandable and very fair. Altogether a really nice experience.

They painted my car's hood and I also have an oil change done, they were very accommodating and the price was comparable with other places I checked, the work was done properly and on time.
I think that Jay is honest and reliable and I love the fact that they give back to the community by donating their space to nonprofits to host carwash fundraisers, they don't take a dime of the profits and they even treat the kids with dougnuts and pizza , that speaks for itself.

Be aware Auto Tech will take total advantage of you.. 100. % They have terms that I have never heard of, such things as A mechanic &
B mechanic also feel it's okay to charge over $200 an hour to work on your vehicle.
I feel they charge me for repairs they didn't even perform when I asked them for Pictures of the repairs or any documentation that they did the work, they went crazy!! They are out to get your money ... Not to do an Honest job for an honest

I am writing this review to let people know of the great service I received at Auto Tech and Body. The staff are professional and take the time to explain all that you need to know BEFORE they work on your vehicle.
I made an appointment before I visited and I was received promptly and professionally. The service was excellent and the price very fair.

I called and asked for a top off on my oil because I still had 2,000 miles left before an oil change but was going on a road trip.
I was told I can come in for one and realized I was waiting there for more than 45 min for a simple top off. When I went to go ask why it was taking so long I was told the car was being inspected and I owed them money for the inspections and diagnostic work they did on it without my consent. I refused to pay for the service I didn't ask for and Jay gets upset and tells me this isn't charity work and that I should pay his employees for the work they did but

This business allows their customers to suffer for poor business planning. How dare they tell me that I can no longer come to their establishment due to only getting oil changes. They mentioned that since I am not getting other services done, the oil changes are costing them too much money. It's like going to Walmart and only buying milk and the manager tells you not to shop there anymore because you didn't go to the pharmacy, buy clothes, or appliances. They are stupid.
