They took my money and the insurance company’s money and ran. I have no baseboards in my house and they left my closet a wreck. The pictures below are how they left my hall closet. I’m consulting a lawyer because they promised cleanup and didn’t deliver and I’m not paying a contractor to clean up their mess. Avoid like the plague and do not pay them until the entire job is completed.

I had a water damage in June and while I wanted to give them 4 stars, there is room for improvement in the way they perform their jobs and handle complaints. In the beginning they weren't responding to my request but once Joel got involved, the story changed. While some of the other employees catered to my situation, they weren't always responsive and I would go days without hearing from them when I discovered my AC had a leak after the company they hired came out to remove and replace my unit. In the end, I was happy with the outcome as they went above and beyond. It took them 4 weeks to correct

Our condo was flooded from a huge leak from a unit two floors above us. When it was determined that the moisture was significant in our two bedrooms and both bathrooms, we were told that our unit was unlivable. Right away, the next phase began and we moved to a hotel. We occasionally went back to the condo to collect items. We observed the extremely professional treatment of the walls, including cutting holes in the vulnerable areas for the fans to dry the walls out. The team also covered all of those holes with plastic and taped them closed for our safety. Anthony Ruiz was particularly helpful

The name says it all ! Rapid Recovery is correct. I recently contracted the rapid recovery team after the unfortunate event of having a house fire & everything from there was a breeze. Within hours Manny was there to check out the damages and advise me how to go about getting my house to what it used to be. From the moment he got there , he explained everything step by step and handled everything from finding me the right public adjuster to handling everything with my insurance at no cost to me. It was hard to believe at first but I trusted them with my eyes closed and everything worked out smoothly

A few months ago, I had a mold problem in the kitchen and I contacted Rapid Reconstruction Team to remove the mold and rebuild the kitchen. They started and finished the work while the insurance claim was being processed. They were very responsive and the work quality was outstanding. They guided us through the entire process from beginning to end and we were extremely satisfied with the final result. Thank you so much for such great service.
