We walked into the store and spoke with Brent. He showed us carpet samples that fit what we were looking for and stayed within our budget. We asked about the padding that came with the carpet we picked out. He showed us a sample in-store. We were happy with the purchase. Install was scheduled three weeks later. Come install day, the crew did a horrible job. They left excessive damage on a brand new addition to our home. We have over 100 marks left on new baseboards. They took out parts of a cherry railing that can’t be fixed. Even damaged part of our new stairway. No one came out to look at the

I’m generally one who takes a long time to make decisions! I walked in and told Alec all the things I wanted in a carpet and man did he know his stuff! Yet another reason why I love family owned businesses! I think I had my carpet picked out in 20 minutes!
The installation guy was absolutely amazing as well! Super professional, super fast, super clean, and super friendly!
