I scheduled an appointment, a month in advance, for warranty service in order to have it completed as soon as possible after drop off. After 2 1/2 weeks, I sent an email to the 'sales' department expressing my displeasure, I had even recently referred a friend there and she bought her new escape there 2 weeks prior. As nothing had been done on my van to date, I thought the sales department would be interested, as I have a sizable mouthpiece with my organization. The vehicle was ready to pick up the next day.

We traveled a little over 4 hours to get the truck that I wanted & let me tell you I don’t regret it one bit! They were amazing, too the point & had us out of there in 3 hours! I was very skeptical since I had a horrible previous experience with another dealership that same week but Bret made everything sooooo simple all the way through! & they even delivered the vehicle to us so we didn’t have to travel back to pick it up! I will definitely be going back to get another vehicle from them in the future!!

After unsuccessfully taking my F150 to another local Ford dealership for service four times, I took it to Ken Wilson. They fixed the problem the first time and $250 under estimate. The other guys misdiagnosed the issue in the first place! I will be taking my truck to Ken Wilson from now on. A special thank you to Caleb Rice for going above and beyond to help me out!

Awesome service department. Special thanks to James, Wade, Caleb, Cody & Kim. We limped in towing our dead Ford Escape hybrid on a Friday afternoon. They obtained a new battery from another dealership & had our car working again before noon the next day (Saturday). They helped us unhook the car from the RV, unload the back to get to the battery and then they put it all back together. A++++ service!!! Thank you.

Took my Navigator in for rear suspension problem and was told I needed new air bags. Air bags deflated as I drove first half mile then compressor pumped it back up In next couple of miles. They kept it 3 1/2 weeks and charged $4160 for new air bags. First time I drove it same thing happened. Took it back and 2 1/2 weeks later got it back. They replaced a control valve for about $600. This seems to have fixed the problem but I'm out $4,160. Service manager said he would give me a free oil change. Whoopee

My first experience with Ken Wilson Ford was when I rode with my Father to pick up a car he found on line. Jody Bell was the Salesman that assisted my Dad, and the kindness and compassion he showed to an elderly man was compelling. As a result our family has traded and purchased four other vehicles. Yesterday I purchased a 2018 Ford Edge Titanium from Jody Bell. I found the car on line and called Jody Bell and basically purchased the car over the phone. MY EXPERIENCE IS WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Those guys hustle.
I noticed a flat tire on I 40.
I pulled off the exit to put air in the tire to get me a bit further and was fortunate enough to find the dealership right off the highway. They graciously ordered the exact tire (for my Toyota), put on my spare so I could continue my account meetings in the area (i'm from Charlotte), then mounted my new tire on my way back East so I could get home that evening.
Super efficient and cost effective.

I can't believe some of the absurd comments in this company's reviews. Look, I just purchased a used vehicle from Sales rep, Mr. Hawkins. Everyone knows the price listed is not the absolute best offer you can get but DONT FORGET THEY NEED TO MAKE A PROFIT TOO!
I did my research, shopped around and talked things over with a 3rd party salesperson (my daughter). We got a good deal and they made enough to butter their bread to.
Lighten up! If you got a bad deal...that's your own fault.

Do not believe the online trade values, they use different tools to give you a false high value to get you to the dealer. The website uses black book value, I submitted a request and the email said my truck value was 43-50k. I get a call from the sales team and they tell me to come in and get a *HIGHER* price. I make an appointment and go down to the trade center where they tell me that 35k is the highest they can go. Then tells me they do not go by black book.
Ken Wilson Ford, if you do not use black book you should not use it on your website. Honesty is better business practice. You lost a customer

Me and my fiancé went and bought a truck from used cars and trucks center last August, and two-three months in to driving the truck the oil cooler went out in it. We called about it and they took it and fixed it due to oil cooler being under warranty. Well then we found out then that we had bought a truck that has had four-five oil coolers replaced by Ken Wilson Ford. So after they fixed it we continued to drive it and pay for it. Then three-four months after that the oil cooler went out again with a couple of more parts as well. So they took it in and even gave us a truck to drive around for
