We were nervous about building a custom home and all of the possible ways it could go wrong. But Jake and team were fabulous. They were patient and responsive on our questions and always made sure we agreed on the final decisions. We couldn't be happier with our home and their work.

We enjoyed the floor plan and style of their model home (Cambridge). It wowed us enough to buy. Once in a few years you realize the builder is not about quality or even cares to ask you how they could do better. Right after the warranty expired we had HVAC bills. The AC unit is severely inadequate in the summer. Had inspections done by multiple professionals who said that it was the bare minimum for the finished square footage. Then the issues our neighbors had with concrete work on the porch. Ours would start showing the same sinking issues. Upper bonus room needs it's own AC unit. A tankless

We just began the process of building our dream home with Millcreek a couple months ago and have loved working with Jake. He has been incredibly flexible and willing to accommodate our requests. We spoke with many other builders and they weren't willing to let us change or modify our plans much, or do any sweat equity. Millcreek has been the exact opposite. Jake has suggested modifications to the home to fit our families needs and lifestyle. Can't say enough about this company! Thank you!

I built my home with Millcreek Homes two years ago and absolutely love it! Jake was always available when I had a question or concern and was always present at every color meeting, walk through, etc. I have heard from many other friends that have built with other builders, that this was never the case for them. It made it very personal and special for me to know that the builder was involved first hand. Everyone on Millcreeks team was always very responsive and kept me updated with the status of my home. Still, to this day, I can contact Jake or his team and they are available to answer any questions

Millcreek Homes built us a house about a year ago. They were great to work with. Jake always answers his phone or calls back ASAP. This was an important issue for me, because some contractors tend to ignore phone calls or keep saying they’ll do something and it never gets done. We had a couple of minor things that had to be adjusted, as every new home has, and Jake was very prompt in sending someone over to fix anything we needed. We’ve been very happy with the quality of the home.

I would definitely recommend Milcreek Homes to anyone. The process from start to finish was quick and smooth. From the inception of drawing up plans and modifying custom items to adding items as we were building, was flawless (and there were a few). Jake was such a professional throughout the process. We had a few items that needed to be finished after we closed, which were done quickly. Within the first year, we had some items (like popped nails) that were fixed quickly. Even today, 4 years later, if I have a question, Jake will responded quickly. When I am ready to retire and build my small retirement
