Schantz Home Improvement were great to work with. They were patient as we got our financial portion finalized and we’re quick to work once we were ready. We had new windows put in and painted the front of our home which took just one day each. We also had siding and gutters replaced and that project was completed well faster than we expected. The price was great, there was never any concern about going over the budget and the work was very well done. We will recommend to anyone and will use again when needed.

Schantz installed new gutters and gutter guards and did a slightly less than adequate job. The quality was OK but less than I expected, since I used them for other projects in the past that went smoother. Greg and his whole team were OK to work with, and average professionals. There were 2 trades involved in the overall project that Schantz coordinated but there were delays and issues with communication so that it was completed in a much longer timeframe than he initially gave to us. (Schantz) was not able to complete the project successfully without having to send his guys back out to put sealant

Schantz Home Improvement installed windows in 3/4 of our house a month ago. We went from 1979 single-pane windows to shiny new 2020 double-pane beauties. Not only do they look beautiful, but one October morning it was 41 degrees outside and 70 degrees inside. Our heat has not come on since our windows were installed at the end of summer. In the past, we would have had a heat/AC cycle for weeks now, trying to keep the house comfortable. If you are waffling on getting new windows, don't delay! Greg and his staff do an amazing job with very competitive pricing.

The company did an excellent job replacing my siding. My neighbors said it looks like a new house. Workers were on time & very professional. They cleaned & organized the work area at the end of every work day. Liz is the customer care contact, available to communicate from the beginning to the end of the project. I sincerely appreciate this service.

Wow this was the best experience ever .. both LIz and Greg were a pleasure to work with .. I had lost all hope dealing with the insurance company and filing my claim but LIz and Greg motivated me to keep following up.
