My furnace stopped working and I called Heat Guys. They came out
within a couple of days and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part which came in quickly and they were right back and now I am sitting in my 114 year old house, warm as toast!!! The two men, Andrew and Ryan, were very professional, courteous and highly skilled. They let me know what was happening at every step and when they would be arriving and what they found. I Highly Recommend this company and the people who are working so hard for them! It is getting colder and I cannot imagine better service and at such a busy time of year

Heat guy came out to give me a quote. Dustin showed up and was completely professional and honest. We were told by others that I would need to redo the ductwork. He showed me that that wasn't the case at all. He gave me some true heavy duty duct tape and explained how I can fix the problem myself!! Saves me a ton of money!! And if for some reason I do need duct work done in the future I will %100 be using them!

So today two repairmen came as scheduled. They called before to give me a lil warning. When I answered the door I immediately recognized both of them from another service call several weeks back. These two are friendly and efficient. I had cool air blowing within minutes. So glad my experience today was a '5' star experience.

Absolutely horrible business. This company installed our furnace and air conditioner in our home that was built two years ago. Had issues with our thermostat and simply called them to ask a question and was told that we could not get a call back it would require a service call to have them answer any questions. When speaking to the gal that answered the phone and explaining that not sure that we actually need a service call just simply wanted to ask a question first to validate before having to spend that kind of money out of pocket she still would not take Take information for a callback
