Alice CABINETRY is committed to delivering the highest standard on cabinet quality and style to the homeowners. Water-base paint is a new high-tech product, featuring not only ordinary protection and decoration, but also composing 70-90% of water that is human and environmental friendly It contains absolutely no harmful substances, such as organic solvent, methanal, benzene, dimethylbenzene, heavy metal and so on.
As with all wood products, avoid excessive moisture. ALICE cabinetry is designed for use inside the home or other buildings and is not intended for outdoor applications. Once your cabinets have been installed, wipe down all exteriors with a damp cloth to remove dust. Complete a small area at a time and wipe dry.

The first time I heard about Alice Cabinetry was at my friend's house, he just finished the remodeling of his kitchen; that was a bright and modern kitchen; The cabinetry was the most impressive to me, I felt quiet but full with energy from the cabinetry; of course, I asked where he ordered the Cabinetry, then I was told Alice Cabinetry. When I remodeled my bathroom, I did not hesitate to place my order on Alice Cabinetry. Very good quality, beautiful finish, reasonable price, great customer service. Next time when I remodel my kitchen, I will choose Alice again.

I would rate HB Kitchen 1000 stars if I could. They are fully and legally licensed and with substantial amount of experiences in construction and remodeling. They care great deal for their customers, and most importantly they listen and they are able to offer very valuable advice and suggestions. Would not recommend these cabinets to anyone. Was hearing they were good and lots of people wanting it. Maybe we lucked out due to covid and decreased manufacturing capabilities. Our cabinets looked they rushed to manufactured them. The paint on them is horrendous. Some of the cabinet door faces have paint rippling. Some of the cabinet boxes have dents. Save some money and go with another brand. This one is not worth it.

Alice cabinet are very bad quality. I had an entire kitchen cabinets installed late laat year, and regret it deeply. they scratch when you barely touch them. And to make matters worse, if you have white cabinet, the scratch will be black! They tell me to use the touch up paint, but that too doesn't last! My kiddos are so scared to touch to cabinets! These are the worst cabinet, my 20 year old cabinets didn't scratch this easily!

I really like that Alice is local so when we were missing anything or wanting extra roller trays they are available for pick up. We had an experience where we had a damage part from another cabinet maker and it took 6 weeks to get. Alice is also a lot more affordable in comparison. Our contractor didn't like putting together their cabinets though. He complained almost the whole time about lack of instructions and how the quality was different from other makers. He pulled together and we were happy with the results

Inferior product, inferior customer service. Within three months of install, my pullout was already peeling to bare wood on the top. The sink cabinet paneling is bubbling because of water exposure...go figure(...and we're proactively wiping them down). We're terrified what these inferior cabinets will look like in a few years.

Their products quality is okey, but their customer service is REALLY REALLY bad, I came up with this conclusion because
1). If you find product flaw and you want them to replace, by default they presume you damaged the product, unless you provem them it's indeed their product quality problem.
2). If you find product flaw again (2nd time, 3rd time, etc.), instead of helping you solve the problem, they think you might have personality problem, why? coz' they think you shouldn't go there for another replacement.
If you check the past comments here, no matter good or bad, they don

We ordered a set of kitchen cabinets from this distributor through HB Kitchen. After only 5 months of use, the paint on one of the cabinet doors start peeling. Without any inquiry, Alice accused us leaving water on the door and refused to take any responsibility. We are meticulous in the kitchen and treat our new kitchen like another child.

Just completed a full kitchen remodel using Alice cabinets and could not be happier with the quality and service. Very friendly and accommodating folks that put the customer first. Can't say enough about Diane the manager--she's willing to go the extra mile to make sure her customers are satisfied.
Out of the dozen or so overseas cabinets manufactures that I researched Alice's quality was by far the most superior in terms of finish, construction, and hardware. They are about half the cost of comparable cabinets that you would find at Home Depot and others, making them a great value

Just remodeled my kichen with Alice cabinetry and can't be happier about the service I received from Chen and Diane. They are so professional and helpful, supporting me every single step in my projet. Almost decided on omega cabinets since the chinese ones were always missing something I wanted. Glad I was able to find Alice cabinets before I made the splunge. These are really a great alternative to designer cabs and at less than half the cost. I've had them installed for a few months and they are great.

We recently got our kitchen remodeled. We took quotes from numerous places ranging from cheapest ones at KZ to more expensive options like Ricks. We found Alice Cabinetry to be good quality and reasonably priced. While the wood used for cabinets is usually the same, what differentiates Alice Cabinetry from shops liked KZ is the finishing of the cabinets. Also, there price is more competitive than the custom made cabinets. It's a whole sale place so you need to go through a retail store (we were recommended this store by StoneHub Design Center). I have been looking for kitchen cabinets for many months. I looked for custom made and pre made from many different stores. Custom made was outrageously out of my price point. So I look into pre made as a second option, I went to many cabinets shop but the quality was awful! Luckily I meet Christine through a contractor and she introduced me to Alice Cabinetry!
