Our mission is to provide professional service, at an affordable rate, no matter how large or small the account.

DO NOT USE BRYAN LAWNCARE! Marshall Bryan is one of the more terrible business people I've ever dealt with. He shames you if you question a charge and hold grudges if you bring up issues with his service. I have been a customer for many years and finally had enough of his terrible attitude and rude business handlings. STEER CLEAR!

Poor lawn care and terrible customer service.
Don't bother complaining to Marshall; he doesn't take criticism well.
His team left my fence wide open, and both of my dogs escaped. When I emailed him about the issue, he suggested I blame my housekeeper.
I terminated my service after one month, my lawn looks awful, and it'd be better off overgrown.

If you ever shop your lawn care service around, be sure not to let Marshal know it. He holds a grudge and will not continue service. My original lawn service stopped operations and Bryan Lawn Care picked it up. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best service/price and not just take his word for it. So I tried a few other services to see where I stood. When I asked him to quote my services again to resume service he refused because he was no longer interested.

I have used Bryan Lawn Care for about two years now and I've had nothing but a positive experience. The guys do a great job mowing my lawn and providing ancillary services, like trimming. My experience is that Marshall's guys are like clockwork. I have never had them not show up and work their magic. Last winter, when my walkway was covered with ice, I texted Marshall and he contacted a friend who showed up within the hour, snow shovel and supplies in hand and it was taken care of. I feel very fortunate a neighbor gave me his information. He and the guys who work for him are awesome!

Not only horrible service but horrible customer service. They will charge you to edge but will never even bring the weed eater off the truck. Instead of throwing the sticks onto the back of the truck and putting them in the brush pile in the ally, they just throw them into my flower beds. Don't waste your money on this guy, he doesn't care enough about his customers to fix it and will make excuses all day long! Then he will turn around and blame it on you.
