I had R & H over to prune my front yard trees this morning. They do a superb job, are price competitive and great to work with. Roberto is very professional and knows his business. Today was the 2nd time I've used their tree service and they're the best! Made yard look fantastic! Reyes is a great team leader, he's very easy to talk to and on point. While some trees needed to be heavily pruned, they were left beautifully balanced. These guys are artists. My sincere thanks to the entire crew.

These guys are amazing!!! I emailed them on Monday, they got back to me right away! We were able to schedule a tree removal of a crab apple tree the very next morning! I recently got a puppy and they are toxic to dogs, I didn't know. So I was very concerned. I appreciate their super quick response and sense of urgency. They even went the extra mile and cleaned up all the apples that had fallen! Great price, great work, great guys! I highly recommended them! Thanks for the great experience!

Our neighbor hired them to remove a broken limb, that was over the property line. So we asked them to clean up the hazard.
They waited over two weeks to get back to us. Over the phone we were quoted $650. for the job. We agreed to that. Later we received
a bill for $1175.
I called and called to talk to office people about the bill. Finally emailed them that they had overcharged us. Charged us for two services when we had agreed to just one.
We received an email back, telling us that the 'TALKED TO OUR NEIGHBORS AND THEY SAID YOU HAVE TROUBLE PAYING YOUR BILLS.'

I had to remove a huge tree in my backyard after the ice storm this last winter. I called R&H, Roberto answered the phone on the first call and came out the next morning to assess the damage. He and his crew did a fantastic job removing the tree, grinding the stump and a few others I had in the yard. On a side note, they did a fantastic job of cleaning up as well! A few days after, I turned on the sprinklers and realized they must have hit a few lines. I emailed Roberto and asked it he had seen this before. There was no way for me or R&H to know those lines were there. He said it was fairly common

After we had some storm damage to a number of our trees, we got a quote from R&H and one of the other local companies, R&H was WAY cheaper, super friendly, did a great job, and their guys worked very quickly and cleaned up very well after. If you need some work done, I completely recommend choosing them.

I was so happy when R & H Tree Service came out and took all the blackberry bushes out. It only took them 3 hours to mow and shred the 6 feet high blackberry bushes. They did a great job and I will tell anyone that needs work done to contact R & H as the price and the service was awesome.

Roberto and his crew are experienced, professional, fast, thorough and friendly. Their quote for a tree removal was by far the best price too. They filed the tree permit paperwork with the city, and when the time came to remove the tree, were completely finished, including stump grinding and cleanup in under two hours. Super impressed. We are customers for life!

I have to say that these guys were amazing! They came as promised-right on time. We were able to have a flexible schedule because we were also putting up a fence. This team of guys took the trees out and chipped them right on the spot. Then they removed all of the stumps so we could plant again later. Best part was that when they left-it looked as though no one had even been there. Terrific! We will be excited to have them back when the fence is done to plant the new trees.

Well I did not get an appropriate response from this firm. After my request for service, they took several days to get back to me. Then they proposed to be there that afternoon. I could not make that time and proposed another one the next day. I have not heard from them since.
I really wanted to use a local firm out here in Gresham, but this made me realize that good courtesy was even more important.

I can't say enough good things about this company--so rare today that contractors deliver a reasonable estimate, show up on time, are knowledgeable, and deliver what they say they will and more. Last fall we hired them to cut down a 100-ft Douglas Fir in our yard that had died, sadly. They went out of their way to try to save the bee hive in the trunk, taking the time to call area beekeepers. They left our yard immaculate with all the wood taken away. Most recently I had Roberto do some stump grinding--again, super reasonable estimate and then charged me less because one of the stumps was

R & H Tree Service did a fantastic job removing a very tall old alder from my back yard border. They were very efficient (and safety conscious) workers, and were careful about not damaging any of my ornamental plants. As I’d requested, they left the trunk pieces cut into fireplace sized chunks, and cleaned up all the branches. R & H accommodated my schedule, and had the best price!

These guys are awesome! Great communication, reasonable prices and they did an amazing job trimming back several trees around our house. Very knowledgeable too in suggesting things that we could wait on versus things that should probably be taken care of now. Couldn't believe how fast they got the work done and cleaned up the yard to the point where it was actually nicer than before they even came. Highly recommended!

R&H has been taking care of my trees for at least 6 yrs. Their price is always reasonable and the work/clean up is thorough. Robert is great to work with to get a free estimate and he checks in the day of the job to make sure it is going as planned. Humberto is a skilled arborist and willing to climb my big oak and get the job done. They have pruned my Sweet Gum, Cherry Blossom, big oak and Maple trees. Took out some dying birches and stump grinding. All to my satisfaction.

Roberto & his crew were super fast & professional, very friendly, and on top of that competitively priced. They cut down a 70-80' pine in my front yard without causing any damage or excessive soiling of the area. They ground the stump as well as those of 2 large poplar stumps. Thanks to the proficiency of the chainsaw operators and the heavy duty stump grinder (seriously, this machine is badass ;o) the whole ordeal was over and done with in about 2.5 hours!

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Roberto and his team were professional, responsive and went the extra mile to make a concerned neighbor happy as well. They very capably removed a tall dead tree limb and we could not have asked for a better service. The estimate/quote was very good, clean up was complete, and the job was done perfectly.
