Stay Away. We hired Casualty Restorations on the recommendation of our insurance company after a condensation pipe burst causing water damage to our garage ceiling. They were recommended by American Family Insurance. The project started July 2 and took 7 weeks. The ceiling still looks awful.
The team sent out were incompetent. They said they could get it all done in one day – mud, sand, and paint, which I’ve never heard of for drywall repair. At first, they didn’t hang plastic to reduce drywall dust on our things. They cut out small portions of the drywall and then attempted to patch in
