Very happy I chose CAT Recovery! When I started my search for a company to address our mold issue, I called a company someone recommended to me. The quote was huge, so I picked out 2 other 5 star companies I saw on google to come out and inspect our crawl space that had mold from insulation. Mark, from CAT, came out immediately and he was so easy to talk to and listened to what I had to say. He was very thorough and inspected the whole area (whereas the other company didn't, he just spent 1 minute down there and said he immediately saw mold so he didn't need to look any further). We had water damage in our entire house due to a flash thunderstorm in the middle of a roof replacement. Mark and Alan were terrific to work with! They and their team were very empathetic to our situation and did an excellent job helping us determine where the damage was, managing 3rd party contractors to get everything completed and working with our insurance agent. I had an unnerving situation happen at extra storage space. Mark and his team were called to correct the situation they were the calm in the storm. Mark assessed the situation explained in detail what the process would entail step by step. Brandon and team showed up and immediately started their process and were diligent, took pictures along the way so I could see everything and were very thorough in all that they did. We contracted CAT Recovery for repairs after a tree struck our house during hurricane Zeta. They performed the mitigation work and clean up and rebuilt the damaged room. All of their subcontractors were professional and were well acquainted with working in occupied dwellings. They cleaned up each day and minimized the disruption to our lives.

After moving into our new home, we had to call a plumber for what we thought was a minor problem. Unfortunately, it was not. Our basement was recently flooded after a hurricane caused heavy rain here in Atlanta. Brandon & team from CAT Recovery Services were here in no time. They immediately began drying the basement out and installed a commercial air filter to clean the air. They came back to remove water-damaged ductwork and treat for mild mold. Despite the challenging nature of the job, they were friendly, prompt, professional, and affordable. I've already recommended them to a neighbor and would certainly use them again.

Alan, Mark and their teams from CAT Recovery Services stood by me for over year! I had an enormous amount of damage to my home.
