Greg and his team made an unexpected life event so smooth. Our dog turned our stove on while we were out and smoked the whole house out. While we were lucky it wasn't worse, but the house reeked of smoke and soot was found across the house. My family had an excellent experience working with XSI Disaster Services. We called them after discovering a toilet leak that heavily damaged a bathroom and the basement floor underneath it. The team was always prompt, and gracious about working around our challenging schedule. This past January our church in east Cobb had a pipe burst, and XSI helped us clean up the damage, dry it out, and re-build everything. Greg and his team worked quickly to make sure our needs were met and that the job was finished beyond our expectations. Now we are using them to mitigate and repair a leak at our home in our master bathroom. They've been so helpful communicating with our insurance company. First of all, I read the previous ratings which prompted me to try out XSI carpet services. I called late in the afternoon and left a message with the receptionist. I was taken aback when I actually received a call-back the same evening!
