I was looking to have my home build in Windermere, FL Element was 1 of 2 builders in the community depending on what property you choose. I picked a property that they are building the homes for. I spoke with the President and told him that I wanted a quote . Met with him and gave him plans of my home. He was suppose to get back to me in a couple days. 1 week passes, no call no email. Week 2 passes, no call no emails and I emailed him, text him and he never responded. Week 3 no call and no email no text. I then have to send him a text message that was not very kind and then he finally sends the

Element finished our home in September 2019. Through the years we have used several contractors and element homes have by far been the best. Our project manager Kyle took the best care of us and made our dream come to life. You will not find a better group and better quality of a home than element homes.
