They came in checked out the unit it was low on refrigerant put in 4 lbs and charged my 94 year old dad over $400.00. it looks like they charged $90 plus diagnostic problem $175.00 for 4lbs of refrigerant what appears to be. $175.00 to put refrigerant in. They burnt my 94 year old dad A new one. Told them it was a leak, but could not find it. Last call from us.

They are very honest. They have always explained what needs to be done and not try to replace a whole system. Every service technician that has come to do our maintenance has been very professional and pleasant.

Wow. What an amazing experience for something that was super anxious for our family! From beginning till the end, we felt informed, understood and treated with care.
