I hired Joe Luna to do a job drafting a second level on my sisters home. He provided me a contract that was to have drawings done in 4 weeks. My contractor was planning the start date two weeks from then. Because he couldn’t finish the job, in his own time frame. I lost my contractor and an again at the end of his list. Now he refuses to refund my money due to “ I had other jobs that ran behind” I am filing in court to get my money and time lost justified.
