I would do ZERO stars if I could. Beware of this company. I booked a move for mid July 2021 way back in May and had trouble getting a response from the "moving specialist" for follow up. Finally two weeks before my move she said "Oops you are not on the schedule." Most infuriating was their reluctance to correct their BIG error. Kept evading and lying, rather than making it a priority. so I hired someone else and had to postpone my move. They cost me rental costs for a place I couldn't live in without my stuff, a price increase as prices had gone up since I booked way back

We used Weleski Transfer to move us to our new home and I'm happy to say they took an enormous amount of stress away during an otherwise very stressful time for us.
Our belongings were handled professionally and with lots of care. The movers worked nonstop until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves and made the entire process as easy and streamlined as it could possibly be. We felt taken care of and informed throughout the entire process. I was connected with Weleski Transfer through my employment. there were many problems with the move.
1. Only 2 guys came to pack up our stuff which is OK considering they were really fast and experienced. Few stuff were missed but no biggy there.
2. I have no idea about how the payment was made as the estimate was about $400 below the budget that my employment offered so did not worry about it. Well, just a few weeks ago which is more than 4 months after my move, I received an email telling me that I have an excess charge that was beyond the budget and I needed to pay about $300 more.

I can't really speak to the quality of the move from Weleski Transfer, because they still haven't actually delivered my belongings. Weleski was contracted through the company I work for to do a corporate relocation from Cleveland to Chicago. They were given keys and access to my storage unit in Cleveland on 11/4 and I was told the items would be delivered sometime between the 5th and the 9th, but that I would receive a call 24 hours in advance of the delivery. I was also told that no deliveries would happen on the weekends, so come Friday afternoon with still no word I reached out

I called Weleski based on a referral. We needed to move our 2 bedroom condo into storage while staying with my in-laws for 8 weeks, while we waited for our new home to close.
I left a voicemail with Cindie. I received a call 72 hours later from a woman named MArlene. I had all the relevant information handy - when we needed to be out, approximate storage time, where we are located. I'm very friendly but Marlene was quite rude.
