Talk to the salesman on 8-23-21 about the reserve of $100 I put down for a bronco in July 7 and he said I will call you tomorrow! Well a week later and no phone call at all! Bad business!

I only gave this place one star. I had to in order to post a review. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE. After years of buying trucks there and using their service on many occasions for 2 trucks It has all changed. I guess its because the father is no longer there.We took our truck there for an alignment. 4 days later the tires were chewed off. 4 DAYS !! We had no choice but to get new tires. Now two weeks later they are being chewed off again. They will not do a new alignment because they say it needs work under the front end. BUT they just did all that work a year and a half ago. over $2000.00

Welsh Motors is the worst. They will gouge your eyes out with their overpriced cars, parts and service. Kim, the owner, smells like an ashtray. I have severe Asthma and needed a breathing treatment after I left the showroom. The cigarette smoke is offensive & unprofessional. I will never do business with them again.

The absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced specifically dealing with Kim Welsh. The service manager was very helpful, but unfortunately that is where it ended. They had our truck a week, misdiagnosed it, personal items were STOLEN from it, and then they refused to take it back next day. Once it was fixed by another business we were told to provide the receipt to be reimbursed however instead of calling to discuss the situation Kim called and cussed my husband out after discovering the company he works for, even though the vehicle is personally owned. We could not have been treated
