Update: I have since been back with our dodge truck. The service department is not very knowledgeable. They were not sure how to complete the recalls for our truck. They had it forever, never fixed the issues, and we are still having issues with the vehicle. And all they did was make more issues. I recommend only taking your vehicle for basic service, if you bought the car there, or if they are doing the work for free because any cost is too much. The vehicle names in the title don't really mean they know how to work on them.

I asked the service department to see what my car was leaking oil.
They told me it's probably because the last people used an aftermarket filter.
They didn't give me a new filter, they didn't change my oil.
They charged me $105.
Looks like they are trying to rip off new customers instead of building a customer base in a low population area.
Congrats, you got my $105, but lost my business when I'll be looking to buy my next car, thank you.

We came into the Hancock County dealership needing a newer car (as you can see we were driving a 1992 Buick Skylark). Mark Williams was our car dealer. He was very attentive and let us tell him what we needed and what we were looking at. We had our 2 year old with us and this dealership gets extra stars (like 8 total) for having a kids playroom. Mark made some recommendations to us about the different models he thought would be good for us. He was not pushy and said it was our decision we had to drive it not him. Ultimately we purchased a 2016 Jeep Compass Latitude and we are happy about our purchase

Between my husband and I, we bought 4 vehicles from them. The service is great. All of the employees treat you like family. We get some great deals from them. Rob, Tracy and the service manager, Bob are the best!

My experience was wonderful. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they have for sale. They made me feel like I was a long lost friend. They made me a deal on the Jeep Renegade that I could not turn down. I will definitely be a customer again should I every need them. I also will let my family and friends know how they treated me. I definitely will recommend everyone go there.
