We went to the dealership on Monday June 1st, 2020. I had been browsing their inventory that day and found a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I liked, and wanted to test drive. I called later that day, and was able to set up an appointment for that day after work when my spouse would be available to go with me. They gave me no problems about the time, and were very willing and eager to stay after to help us out. Elio and Mike were super friendly and laid back. Mike was a joy to work with. He made us feel relaxed, and made the entire buying process stress free and easy. He wasn't pushy, and took interest

I highly recommend this place as far as honesty and customer service goes. This is going to sound like an odd review but I was unable to get a car through Beaver Valley (due to no fault of theirs, it was my own issue) but they still helped guide me in the right direction and I was able to get into another car (with a BHPH lot) for now until I can get my credit a little higher. I was assisted by Jason and he was really patient, understanding and kind. Even though he knew he was not going to be making a sale he still took the time to explain my other options!
