I am so happy we made the drive to Zelienople to search for a new car! From the minute I walked in and met our salesman Hunter, to the minute I walked out with a new 2022 Ford Explorer, I could not ask for better service! It was a rainy, chilly December evening as we walked the lot and I fell in love with my new silver Explorer. We went in to talk to a salesperson and Hunter was amazing! He brought the vehicle into the garage so I could look at in in the warmth of the building. He sat and went over every inch of the vehicle and explained what functions were available. Best car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone at Baierl was very helpful and friendly. I was amazed when I asked if my truck was going to have gas in because I would have to fight to get a full tank at other dealers. They already had the 48 gallon fuel tank filled up for me! This was my first time at Baierl to have a recall done on my Ford Explorer and an oil change. The scheduling was easy. I got there and found a lot of customer parking not like the other Ford dealer that I purchased it from. I was waited on right away. Even though I get free oil changes where I purchased my Explorer, It was well worth it to spend $60 to not go through the hassle of getting a voice Mail when scheduling and no one returning your call, no parking and coming back and find they left your windows down and your vehicle unlocked. Baierl had my car locked.

I had a loaner car, really liked it and was very interested in buying it. I expressed my like for the vehicle to the sales guy upon returning it. I asked if they could look into the removal of roof rack, he said "sure" we will be in touch. Well, it's been 2 weeks, 3 texts and one phone call with voicemail left and an email to the salesman with the Bairel GM cc'd, no one to this day has contacted me back. HANDGUN SURPRISE IN MY VEHICLE !!!!
I had bought a vehicle in march 2019 was given car fax and assured it had never been in accident or damaged but found out that wasnt so as there is a repair to the back end and it was sloppy paint job done by dealership paint ran.Got premium extra coverage on it was told it covered vehicle bumper to bumper except plugs and wires I havent had it but 9 months and it would completely just shut down the minute brakes were touched and it downshifted or when u changed gear to R,D,P as well have only put a little over 4k miles on this vehicle pay $268 a month and almost

Had my F150 FX4 in for a misfire and a noise. It was determined that both were covered by the warranty and Jack the mechanic Mike the serve guy helped to organize so I only had 1 charge for the deductible instead of doing on 2 separate trips for 2 separate deductibles. I know it's not a lot of money, but every penny counts and they definitely went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The repair took a couple hrs longer than expected, and they not only let me know early the day I was supposed to pick it up, but coordinated my rental for the extra day and Ford covered everything

Set up appointment for service and got called at 3 pm in the afternoon that they were short a mechanic and not sure I would get my vehicle looked at. Miraculously at 4:30 I get a call that my vehicle was done. I go in to pick it up and was told there was nothing wrong with my car (left turn signal often does not turn off, automatic headlights take upward of 30 seconds - in a tunnel - to turn on). When I questioned them they told me the light timing was "in tolerance" and they could not find anything wrong with my turn signal. Basically, they turned on my turn signal in the garage

Roxie is the person I deal with in service. He's absolutely wonderful. I have two older cars and Baierl has taken care of them both for inspections and having work done on them. Everything is always explained in detail so you can understand it. I always feel very comfortable having them take care of my vehicles. The service department is an integral part of a dealership. I would feel very comfortable purchasing my next SUV from Baierl knowing the service department does such outstanding work.

My experience at Baierl Ford service is always A+. The service manager Frank Smith is top notch and always has me in and of there in a timely manner. Their Quicklane department is just that - 20 mins or so and I have an oil change , tire rotation , and fluids topped off. Can't beat the service at Baierl Ford!

Just want to let everyone know that I have dealt with Bariel Ford two times now. I bought my 2014 Fusion and this past weekend upgraded to a 2017 Fusion. Patrick Dugan is an excellent salesman who knows the Ford product line and he did not pressure me to buy.
After my purchase Kevin Covert F&I Manager talked to me about all the paperwork and Financing. Both of these men are an asset to the Bariel Ford Dealership.

Had a great "buying" experience from this dealership, but would not recommend their service/repair department. After buying a car in July, I needed service on the reverse camera since it wasn't working properly. I called for three weeks just to secure an appointment and when I did get one (and drove an hour to get there), the service men had no idea what I was talking about and wanted me to "come back" or call their Appointment Scheduler. I didn't get any repair work done...needless to say. And will obviously be taking my vehicle to another dealership for repair

We were in town visiting family from Georgia and called Baierel Ford Service at the recommendation of our hometown dealer as we were experiencing breaking issues on the drive. Bait and switch dealership. Told (Justin) me car was in stock both when I called in morning and 15 minutes before arriving. I canceled meetings in afternoon. Then when I arrived, they (Justin and his boss) said car sold two minutes ago and they had another car (2 years older) for me to see. Really?? I called 15 minutes ago as I was driving up. Sleazy organization. Can't imagine what the service department does. Buyers beware!!
