Came in to get my Tacoma serviced. They were very flexible with drop off times and had the truck completed in just a few days.
There was a slight incident where something was done wrong during the repairs and they took full responsibility for that! Really love the honesty!
I will definitely be back! Up till now I was driving all the way down to North hills Toyota (who I will never go to again) so I was really glad that everything here at Diehl in Butler worked out really well! Will return for all needed work.

Had possibly the best experience ever buying a vehicle at Diehl Toyota of butler. Jeffrey Rossiter was quick, professional and friendly. Without him knowing, his numbers beat a previous dealership by a long shot on the same exact vehicle. Matt Garger made the finance paperwork a breeze and is an extremely polite person. Honestly and fairness is what makes this dealership the best. Diehl Toyota of Butler will be my 1st and last stop from now on . Thanks guys !!

It was amazing doing business with Amy. I tried doing business with another dealership before contacting Diehl of Butler and after 6 months and numerous times of sales people not returning calls or following through on their end I finally met Amy and within days had my vehicle ordered and in possession within a few months. She was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Salesman was awesome! I dealt with Gregg Gallagher, he was very easy and nice to work with. The only thing that I did not care for was the financing. My credit is fantastic and wish I would have just obtained the financing on my own. Other financial institutions were offering a little more than a percentage lower. I just assumed this would be comparable, but it was not. The dealership is awesome and I will definitely be back! Next time I will just handle financing on my own.

I had a Customer Support Program issue on my vehicle. I had some questions about the labor charges. The ladies at the desk were more than helpful but I had a bad experience with Service Manager. He was loud and arrogant. I asked him if I could please fill out a survey. He said I would receive one. I never got a survey. Will not go back for service. I will go to another Toyota dealership.

We purchased my wife's Toyota Highlander Hybrid here back in the summer and it was a smooth and painless process. Dominic Hillwig, Jorge Sandoval and Jeff Rossiter were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
We were also here for service twice and it has been top notch as well. My wife recently had a nail in her tire and Tim Jewart went above and beyond to accommodate us within a reasonable period of time.
We will be coming back for sure.

I just bought a 2020 Tacoma from Diehl. I saw the truck online and called ahead to schedule a test drive. I got there early and the truck was in front of the building, ready to go.
Financing was amazingly easy. We got in and out quickly, and the finance guy was really nice and helpful. He stayed late to make sure we got the paperwork done.
I bought my last Tacoma from another local dealer and it took almost eight hours from test drive to signing. At Diehl we were done in about three and a half hours.
We had a good experience, and I got the truck I wanted without any hassle.

Certified inspection is crap, do not believe in their certified used vehicle , bought a certified Cherokee for my daughter, purchased additional warranty service they exclaimed my daughter would be worry free for 3 years, 7 months later & i have to drop $1400 on a brake system that is rusted out & corroded beyond repair, at 11 months exhaust system rotted out & needed replaced, another huge repair bill , as neither were covered under the certified vehicle system nor the $2700 warranty we purchased , small print - nothing covered except drive train which had balance of factory warranty

I had a really bad service experience there. The woman I dealt with was so rude. The very first message I got on the phone from her, after taking my car in was, "You're gonna have to come pick your car up!" Things only got more frustrating from there.
It's a shame because Toyota makes a good product.
I'll just have to drive farther to find another service department.

Please do not trust their Service Department. I was told my Tundra repairs would be covered under a Recall by George the Head of the Service Department. He said "bring it in and we will fix it".
After taking the vehicle into the Service Dept. He calls to say, it is not covered, and the repairs would be $1,427.
This was a bait and switch tactic used by their service Dept. For a repair to be covered, and then once you get the vehicle into their garage it is not covered?
Then George adds another $583 to the repair saying he made a mistake on the original parts order.

Done with Diehl Toyota Service. In most cases I find that my bill when I take my piece of junk Toyota (a 2012 Highlander that I bought new from Diehl but will never buy another Toyota again) is over double what it costs for the same service from a private auto repair place. I only take my vehicle to Diehl for oil changes since they do the synthetic oil and filter that only requires a change every 10k miles. Not worth it any more I will change every 5k. I asked them to change oil, rotate tires and check to see if they can figure out what the clunk is when I put it in gear or turn a corner

Do NOT deal with "Vick" he just wants a sale. Has no idea what he's talking about and will show you 100 other cars your NOT INTERESTED IN. Then lies to you about mpg, cars he does have, mileage and everything else. I've been buying cars for about 10 years now and he is the worst salesman I've ever come across

Service department employees are rude and arrogant, they try to take advantage of my wife every time she takes her new 4 runner in for regular maintenance. Most recently she was loudly berated by the woman at the service desk because a mouse built a nest in the cabin filter of my wife's car. As if it was my wife's fault. Maybe Toyota can add a screen to keep pests out. The only reason we keep going back is we have free scheduled maintenance for 3 years, otherwise I would never set foot in that place.

I bought a Camry from Diehl Toyota of Butler last year. Mike Tillery was our salesman. He was knowledgeable and respectful with just enough humor to take the edge off, what i think most people would agree car buying can be, a stressful situation. Being pleased with the process, my husband and i returned to Diehl and Mike assisted us in purchasing the Highlander. We have used the service department twice for routine maintenance and for installation of a remote starter. (Mike arranged to pick up the Highlander for the starter when our schedule became complicated.) Each time the service staff was

I bought a used car here in early 2015. It's pretty standard for a used car dealer: they will give you incorrect information and try to convince you to pay more than a vehicle is worth.
As with any dealer, do research on the vehicle and features first, and make sure you have an independent party do an inspection of the vehicle so that you won't be caught by surprise. It seems to really depend on your salesman whether you'll ultimately get a worthwhile price or walk away.

Unfortunate but most reviews are generated by a poor experience; only then will a person take the time to write. My review is rather positive. Purchased my vehicle in February 2014 and now have 20k miles; no problems with the car. Was treated fairly and equitably by the sales staff and Finance Manager.
My review relates to the very accommodating Service Department, more especially with Manager Bob Stiehler. My desire was actually trivial and one that he could have said NO to, but such was not the case.
He went above and beyond to satisfy, even a very nice "loaner" vehicle overnight

This review is solely about the service department. I would give zero stars if it was possible because of a few visits there that made my car worse than better. I used to have a toyota camry and would get an oil change at this place, thinking it's better to have my car serviced at the dealership than at other places eventhough I was paying more. At this place, you will NOT get what you pay for. You are better off going to a jiffy lube or changing your own oil.
The first 3 oil changes were ok. It's terrible that they never replaced the sticker to remind me when I needed an oil change
