I purchased vehicle from Quality Car Sales (Dillon) and was given a good deal. Dillon explained everything that was relevant to the purchase without the usual BS i have experienced at other dealerships.
Then after 6 months I had a serious breakdown with my vehicle and Dillon arranged the warranty repair and had the service done.

Saw an ad on Kijiji for the vehicle; contacted them and they picked up right away (other used car dealerships we contacted still have not gotten back to us weeks later). We made a next-day appointment
which was great. Greg was friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward. When we test drove we noticed the breaks needed to be replaced and when we picked up the car they had put new breaks on. I had a great experience with Quality Car, everyone was extremely friendly each time I visited. While walking around the lot, the salesmen were present but didn't follow or pressure me. Everything that they said would be done to the car (some minor paint fixes, added matts, replaced windshield etc.) was complete when I picked it up. After purchasing my car, they even helped linkup my phone to my car before I drove off the lot.
My only surprise, was that it came with winter tires rather than all-seasons and they didn't mention anything to me. Make sure to be thorough before purchasing

Bunch of crooks.gave me 3550 for trade then put on lot for 8990.suv I bought had a clogged air filter and they said they changed the oil but oil is still dirty.car was supposed to be detailed but wheels still covered in brake dust.also almost out of gas.i know dealers have to make a profit but you think $2000 would be fair amount on a $3550 trade.salesman must be proud of himself for ripping off senior citizens.he must need all that money for sleeping aids just to be able to sleep at night.stay away from this dealer at all costs.

Initially I was happy with my experience at Quality Car, however I got a few unpleasant surprises after the sale was complete. Be a savvy consumer- their salespeople may skip over important details about the vehicle. When I took my car to my mechanic for routine maintenance, he told me to take off the winter tires off or I'd ruin them on the warm pavement. This was news to me! Quality Car never never mentioned that the vehicle only came with winter tires, I had assumed they were all-seasons. I had not budgeted for having to purchase regular tires.
