Outstanding experience at Ron Lewis Kia, by far the best Kia dealership I have been to. Every employee we came across was friendly and genuine. Dalton did a fantastic job answering our many questions and proved himself a very knowledgeable salesman/individual. Highly recommend Dalton 10/10. We had an appointment to buy out our lease and we were at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours. I knew it would take some time to complete the paperwork but 3 1/2 hours???? I even explained that we were under a bit of a time crunch and no one cared, they were not busy, the guys were all walking around talking amongst themselves. By no means does this process take that long. You need to do better Ron Lewis Kia. It is just not good business to keep customers waiting that long!
