Called for a furnace repair. Techs were honest and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the unit was more broken than we imagined and I had to replace it. Wasn’t happy about the unexpected replacement cost, but happy with the unit and the install team. Overall, well worth the cost. Chisholm replaced the AC last year and they do great work.

Home owners BEWARE!! We had Chisolm replace our unit in the summer of 2020. He recommended we downsize from 3 ton to 2 1/2 ton. He assured us that it was the correct size for our home. The unit is definitely NOT the correct size. It runs NON STOP since install. Light bill is $400 a month and my yard is a swamp from the drain tube.
His "Master Tech" (I use this term loosely) had not one clue about the latest in thermostats (Ecobee) and said that he had to do some research on it (RED flag #1) We had an issue about 4 months after install and he told us that he had to have

Couldn't be happier with the install of a new heating system. Very responsive to my request for service and installed the units the next day. Arrived promptly and answered all my questions. Scheduled a visit for same day. Got here on time cleared the clog and gave me a simple maintenance job. We discussed a yrly maintenance contract, which I got.

Chisholm checked all the boxes for me. They responded quickly. Called for quote, 3 days to come out and 4 more days to start installation. This is unlike any contractors we have worked within the pandemic era. The Owner actually came out to give us a quote. He inspected our system and went through all the options and recommended the best option for us. They even provided financing. All employees were clean, professional, polite and concerned about making sure your house was kept clean. They cleaned up everyday. They went over everything they had done before leaving. They left all documentation
