This is our second Omega home. We have been most pleased with Omega because of their quality of workmanship and personal attention we received. During the build, we were kept up to date by the builder on a weekly basis and, weather permitting, all deadlines were met. We had always heard that building a custom home was stressful but, with Omega, we actually enjoyed our building experience.

Officially 1 year in my home and this house is so poorly built, almost all of these houses are poorly built. I’ve had cement floors crack, walls crack, crown moulding crack,tile crack, paint flake off, doors break, doors not installed right, windows not installed right, cheap materials all around. When i tried to get things covered on my 1 year warranty all I got was “sorry we can’t do it it’s part of regular maintenance as a home owner” and “if you want us to fix every little thing we would have to build a brand new house”. We are near closing date on our home in 3 Creeks (12/28). We have been very impressed with how this company has been handling supply shortages. They have gone above and beyond. Glenda has helped us tremendously with any changes regarding supply shortages and they have been more than generous during these supply shortages in willingness to help. Glenda has been awesome in helping us pick changes that occur that ends up just as good or better than before and matches the style we were aiming for. Andrew has helped update us regarding update with the home as it is built. Looking forward to closing

We started with a sales agent that promised a world of lies and then we later found out that half of what he told us was not true nothing we wanted could be changed or fixed and we were already under contract. after everything came to light, he was fired. So kudos to them for taking care of the problem but still stung not getting what we were told was going to happen on a few things. Then we ended up with Lisa as our sales lady whom i was not a fan of. She is not a pleasant lady to work with and can be rather rude. She also doesn’t take care of business and get things done when asked questions

Started off great with the buying process. Then we signed and construction started on new home. From that point forward has been a nightmare. Problems ranged from flipped blueprints, missing walls, incomplete cabinets, wrong countertops, bad flooring (that was already known to be defective when they installed), an attic ladder that was a beast to open (a kid could hang from the pull rope and it wouldn't open), my AC condenser and fence kissing, to my sprinklers watering my lawn, 80% of my fence, my siding, 60% of my driveway, and the street. And all of these were ignored until I brought them

For the past several months, I've been journeying with my parents to find a home in Texas. As you can imagine, the market has been slow and crazy. We live in another state, so it has been extremely difficult engaging with anyone. However, my experience with Colby and Shelia at Omega Builders has been nothing short of amazing. They are communicative and have been a delight to engage with over the past couple of weeks. While my parents are on a waiting list for a home, base on my experience so far, I'm confident their dream of being home owners will come true because of Omega Builders.

I'm not impressed with Omega. We purchased our house back in January and it still doesn't have sheetrock. The house has failed city inspection twice so the sheetrock can't even be installed. It is in the house, just waiting. Now the PM (Project Manager) said it won't be ready to close until maybe September! Why does it take 3 months to finish the interior of a house? The PM only responds with that is the way it is now. However, there is another house being built by another builder down the street from our house and the owners said they purchased their house in March and it is more completed than

Overall horrible. Problems from before closing to after closing. The HOA they use for the reserve at pea ridge seems to not care, I've filled numerous complaints without any response but the second your trash can is outside in the front or side of the house they don't hesitate to write you a letter as a warning with possible fines next time. But my neighbor can have tall weeds for grass. Fed up to say the least.
While living at my house, if I didn't have camera I wouldn't have known, contractors used my water and outlets. Until I told them I'd sue they didn't reimburse

We were looking for a new home in the Temple area and contacted several builders during the process. From the moment I heard back from Colby with Omega builders, I knew they were going to be amazing, just based off how helpful he was. He really went above and beyond. We have been in our new home for almost 3 weeks and honestly I was hoping to leave a better review for this company, but I can't. We are first time home buyers and were expecting a better experience, at least better customer service. I will say, so far we are satisfied with the quality of our home. We did get most things addressed before closing, but we had to fight for ourselves, just for Omega to do the right thing. Our main issue was with our seller agent, Justin. I purchased recently purchased an Omega home in Belton, TX. They're receiving this low rating because they fail at the details and their unwillingness to make it right. After spending over 300k on a brand new home I shouldn't have issues like these. This is my 4th home. I had a new build with DR Horton - Immaculate on the first walk through. All issues that popped up after were addressed by the builder right up to the last day of 1-yr warranty. My other two homes were existing homes. I should have walked away from this one, but I was assured they would take care of everything after
