My wife and I are not happy at all with our experience ... We have an area that is defective and they will not replace it ... It's only been in the house for 4 days now ... I m at a loss as why these folks will not fix this problem ... installers we're real good . Just that the carpet is defective in a certain area ...

My husband and I were looking for new carpet for our patio and stopped here to see what they had. The girl showed us the stock of indoor/outdoor carpet and also the remnants available. Our selection was limited due to the width we needed but we chose a carpet and adhesive and brought the carpet home. A week after it was installed we noticed spots where the fibers were getting fuzzy, especially in front of the swing he sits on all the time. We called the store and were told that the fibers are only glued onto this carpet and this will happen any time you use the same spot on the carpet repeatedly

I honestly didn’t even want to give this company one star but it won’t let me leave the review without clicking at least one. My mother and I had the same issues with this company two different times and I just have to say what a complete disappointment.

We had a great experience getting a custom area rug cut from a remnant. I had been looking everywhere and prices were just insane for what I wanted, but here selection, service, and overall experience were awesome.

This place is terrible. There are plenty of carpet places do not use this one. Unprofessional, untimely and install in a nightmare. I love locally and wanted to give them the business but they have lost me as a customer. I highly recommend using someone else!

Personal service and Very helpful and knowledgeable people. Wide selection of carpets and plank flooring. Good place to find remnants to! Also has a nice selection of area rugs that are priced right.

We got carpet installed on our stairs and upstairs hallway and we couldn't be happier! The workers were efficient and professional as well as punctual.

Kevin in the showroom was super helpful in selecting and setting appts, Chuck Jr. quickly measured and then Rick and Zack did an impressive job with the install. Couldn’t be happier! Very professional and caring service.

I use Chuck' s Carpet every time I need carpet in one of my properties. They are always on time and as quoted. There aren't hidden fees for things like stairs and they were the most affordable out of the 4 quotes that I had gotten. I have had them install in two houses and have them lined up for a third. They also have reasonably priced area rugs in stock too. I have referred them to two of my friends who were also very pleased.
