On the recommendation of a neighbor, I contracted with Tom Motz Homes to build a room above the garage (to use as an office). Brian was my main point of contact, and the designer. I'm very pleased with the room and the entire process. It went so smoothly, with scheduling and details taken care of so that I could continue focusing on my own work.
I look forward to working with them again on other projects, and I don't plan to shop around. This company seems to have gathered all the best subcontractors, they're friendly and professional, and they take care of the project management well!

My family has used Motz for multiple projects including renovations and new builds and we wouldn't use anybody else. The quality shows in their work and you know when they are on the job it will look amazing.
Our new addition matches our current house perfectly and you wouldn't know it wasn't all built together. We built our home with Motz Homes in 2016, and were extremely happy with the entire process, from design all the way to move-in. Brian, our main contact, was amazingly thoughtful, detail-oriented, and communicative throughout, responding to questions at any time of day. Because we were living out of state during the process, we got regular pictures of the progress of the house.
The quality and attention to detail in the construction was readily apparent from day one, and we never felt that we were being taken advantage of.

Excellent company to work with when building!! They make everything about the process very easy and clean. Starting with Wayne in the land purchase, Brian with the design, Jerry with the supervision, Tim with the follow up repairs and Becky with customer service. Very easy process. The quality of the build was beyond our expectations!! All of the contractors were excellent to work with and great to communicate with both onsite and by phone. Tom and crew are excellent people to work with and we would highly recommend them if you are looking for a custom build.

From the moment you contact Tom Motz Builders you know your project is going to work out perfectly. No idea was too challenging for them. No detail was overlooked. Correspondence was kind and prompt. Each and every worker was a professional and the bonus was they were super nice to have around. My husband, Dan, and I moved into our Tom Motz custom home in May 2018. We have absolutely no regrets that we decided to go with Tom and his wonderful staff as the team to help us through the building of our home. Brian was invaluable in his assistance with design and other decisions.
