Services
In this meeting we get an understanding of your project. We discuss the size of home, features, location, and price point. We also show you the different house plan options. While in this phase you will start talking to a bank lender to start the construction loan process. Determine house plan and building site location: Once you find a home design, we customize the plan to your exact specifications.

We recently built a customized house with Jerry Fedewa Homes and are very happy with the result. The products they offer are high quality and the use of Buildertrend made the process relatively easy and transparent. Everyone we encountered, from family members to the builders and electricians, were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to explain their work. Especially during these trying Covid-19 times, where it was hard to find qualified personnel, the Fedewa family came through and communicated clearly about the challenges ahead.

We believe that Jerry Fedewa is one of the best builders in the Lansing Area. He has years of experience, uses the highest quality materials, he picks the best plans, his homes are solid and beautiful. And best of all he has a great crew he works with. We bought one of his model homes at the end of 2013. He and his sons have been very professional and helpful in the process. All promises were kept. After we lost our condo in a fire, Jerry Fedewa Homes literally brought it back from the ashes. From tear down, to the final walk through, we couldn't imagine a better build partner than Jerry, his wife, and four sons.
They helped us improve the original design, adding quality and function. The few times we weren't happy with something, they were fair, responsive, and worked with us, to make changes. I would give Jerry Fedewa Homes five stars!!!
