Would give a 0 star but that is not an option. Horrible place for service, don't take your car here for any repairs. Over charges for simple fixes. Tried charging $700 for a simple repair and I took it to a shop and they fixed it for $200. Left my hood open and the air conditioning on and keys in the ignition for 2 hours when they were not even looking at it.

If I could give this dealership a zero, I would. We bought a protection plan on our Nissan through our preferred dealership that covers our tires. Long story short, our tire blew out on 22 and had to put the spare on. Our protection plan covers us to replace our tire at any dealership. However when we called with our claim number to set up an appointment through Krause, we were told to go to a Nissan dealership and that they don't have Nissan sized tires. Unbelievable. I've never of "Nissan sized" tires. All they needed was an 18" tire and our protection plan would&apos

These guys are truly amazing. I started my search for a Land Cruiser Heritage Edition and Krause Toyota had exactly what I was looking for. Cliff and the team not only coordinated everything for me, they did exactly what they said they would do. I flew from Texas to pick up my vehicle, they picked me up from the Philadelphia airport, and drove me through traffic and rain all the way back to Allentown to get my new car. The paperwork was waiting on me when I got there, signed, sealed and delivered. Wow. Great job guys!!

Took my Tacoma truck in for it's 20,000 mile Complimentary Service.
And a Recall for a sensor.
All work done in a timely manner.
Very Friendly and Professional Staff.
No Charge for Service Today.
The Grounds and the Facility are in great shape and well maintained.
Also spoke to the Sales Staff. Very Nice Easy Going.
Great waiting Lounge with coffee and TV.
Also Snack and Drink Machine. That costs money.
Men's Restroom is clean and up to date.
Great Selection of Cars and Trucks. New and Used.
Great Location.
Just off major Highway.
It was easy to make the appointment. No auto call.

Worst experience with a car dealer. First, they sold us a clearly faulty car. Within a month, we had to change both the battery and alternator. I know is a risk you take when buying used cars, but they're clearly selling lemons without giving you all the information. Worst thing yet, they didn't give us the wheel lock keys for the car (which we didn't know we need it). When contacting them about them, instead of being responsible and assuming their part, they just told us to "go buy them at the dealer". Buying a used car can be a gamble, and you want to buy it from a business

Krause Toyota Service Department is the best in the Lehigh Valley! After buying my car there 10 years ago, I thought I'd try out their service dept after trying many other garages with previous vehicles. Wow- was I amazed at the great quality work and reasonable cost for repairs. They are incredibly honest and never try to pressure me into doing unnecessary work ! Also, their hours are terrific for someone with a busy work schedule. I had been looking at slightly used trucks without loyalty to the Toyota brand. After visiting a few other dealerships and being woefully unimpressed, I found a 2015 Toyota Tacoma on Krause Toyota's website. My family recently bought our 3rd vehicle from Krause and really like the dealership. We've had nothing but good experiences with Toyotas and hoping our new RAV4 follows the same track. The service department is very helpful and even saved us when our battery died on 2010 Prius. Only thing is overall cost- don't expect to be blown away by a great deal. You'll get good price for both car and service but definitely worth it with Toyota and customer service. There is a reason they have been in business so long.

The dealership is great!!! Joe Castrovillari was our Sales person and did a great job. I never felt pressured to do anything that I did not want to do. I told Joe what we wanted and showed us all our options. This was a big investments for our family and everyone at Krause Toyota understood. They treated us like family. Between myself and my extended family, we have bought five cars/trucks from Krause. We won't go anywhere else. I drove almost 45 min to get there and will continue to do so!

I purchased a Certified Preowned Toyota Tundra here from out-of-state. I was searching for a very specific special edition, from Maine to Maryland. During the sales process, Kara was very patient, informative, and reasonable to deal with. Buyer beware!!! I drove 2 hours from Delaware to purchase a 2011 Acura MDX from this dealer because the interior color was rare. While test driving the car I noticed the front driver side shocks weren't functioning properly (clunking sound when hitting bumps) and the steering wheel wobbled while driving. The sales person Teresa assured me the dealer would fix anything that was wrong with the car all I have to do is bring it in. I took delivery of the car Saturday (while I have there) and planned to bring the car back to get fixed in a couple weeks since the dealer gave a 3 month warranty
