Owner, Lawson Eddy is a multi-generational tree-care expert who grew up on his family's Texas oak tree farm. Learning to properly care for trees at such an early age has inspired him to dedicate his life to taking care of trees and better-servicing tree care needs. We just booked our 3rd tree trimming service with this company. Customer service, kindness and integrity are hard to come by these days and this company has all 3! Plus they do excellent work. They show up on time or early and follow through with what they say they will do. We had one incident with a broken gutter and they handled it incredibly well, so that it wasn’t an issue at all. They’ve earned our trust for future requests!

Excellent, and professional customer service! Had 40 plus trees that were long over due for a good trimming, grooming, and over grown with moss balls! After Lawson and his crew performed there services it is now enjoyable to be outside under these beautifull oak trees! I love our oak trees and living here in Cordillera Ranch we have 125 of them so I’m fussy about my arborist. When my usual contractor was lax in returning calls and texts, I contacted Central Texas Trees in Boerne and I’m so glad I did. Wish I would have known about Lawson Eddy years ago. He’s a 4th generation arborist and has a fabulous crew with Lawson right in the mix working with his team. That’s a must for any contractor in my book. The clean up was above and beyond expectations and my trees are beautiful. Central Texas Trees is my new tree company.

Owner, Justin Grosz brought out very expensive heavy equipment to remove our Mexican fan palm that had died from last February freeze. Justin and his crew were very professional and friendly. Justin's prior estimate was very fair.

In addition to his quote, Lawson gave me a comprehensive review of all my trees. He spoke in great detail concerning homeowner pruning techniques, disease, and the general well being of my trees and plants. We had storm damage causing a large branch to fall on our barn. We called Texas Tree Service and Lawson came out to give us a bid. We were going to get other bids but after speaking with him we felt he was the right person for the job. He educated us about the process and assured us all would go well. He and his crew are top notch professionals who know what they are doing. It was obvious we were dealing with a professional tree expert and not just someone to cut down our fairly extensive storm damage. Lawson and his crew went above and beyond, giving recommendations, had professional safety gear, a bucket truck and worked tirelessly. we chose not to use the chipper as we have a huge ditch we burn in, but they could have chipped everything also. they cared about the safety of our trees, sprayed all the Oak cuts. they had ropes to lower large branches without doing damage to my landscaping underneath. would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Central Texas Tree Service. I called Lawson, owner of Central Texas Tree Service 3 days before Christmas needing an emergency tree trimming. We were moving into a rental house and the moving truck could not get up the driveway due to severely overgrown oak trees. Lawson met me at the house the next morning, provided a detailed description of the work necessary with a quote and was back an hour later with his crew to clear the driveway for the moving truck. We highly recommend Texas Tree Service for any job, large or small. Lawson Eddy and his team did an outstanding job pruning a large variety of trees at our home over a period of two days. The entire team arrived early and worked late to complete a huge project. Often working in the rain, they did a terrific job. We came home from a weekend away to find a large hackberry tree had fallen in our side yard. The luckiest part about the whole ordeal was that the tree had fallen on our newly installed fence with metal posts, so it was cradled/suspended in the air, and therefore narrowly missed damaging our home or our neighbors home. Lawson did trimming of our live oak trees. Right from the get go, he was very clear in what work is involved and their process for trimming the trees. We have 17 trees in our yard. So it was quiet a bit of work for his guys. They were very professional, speak clear english which was important as I could tell his guys exactly what to trim off. They did the whole work in about 4 hours and cleaned up the mess with no traces. His pricing was very competitive. They also painted the trimmed oak branch cuts so that it does not catch any disease. We have a Chinese Pistachio which had not been trimmed for several years, hugging the roofline in the front of our house, and a Bradford Pear which was begging to be trimmed.
A beautiful branching Oak surrounding the back porch and a few smaller trees near the swimming pool also needed to be worked on.

We had a couple of hacks brutalize our trees last year. This time I wasn't going to fool around! I called Texas Tree Service based on a recommendation from an HOA Board Member and successful real estate agent in our neighborhood (via Nextdoor.com). These guys did a top notch job on my house. I had two large trees in my backyard which were threatening to fall on my garage and cause a lot of damage. I got a couple quotes; theirs was the cheapest but not by much. I chose them because they walked me through what was going to happen and why certain things costed a certain amount. All in all I had a pretty good experience and would probably reccomend them to friends.
