My husband and I are building a new home and were having issues finding anything we liked at the places we were told to go visit. We happened to be out in the area of The Light Palace and just stopped in. No appointment or anything and we were greeted by Joe Pavon once we came in. let me just say it was by far the best experience and best customer service we have received with any of the retailers we have been working with on all items for our new home. Joe was so accommodating and helped us with each area of our home. He spent well over an hour with us never frustrated with our questions, and

My husband and I ordered our lights for our house on June 12th. We finally received the final light of our order on October 5th. We understand that there is a pandemic going on, but the communication with this company was awful. We had to call weekly to get an update, and we would be directed to someone else who told us they would call us back. We never received calls back. The original salesman we worked with, Brian, was impossible to get a hold of and hasn't helped us since the day we put the order in. Had our builders not required us to use this company, we would not have moved forward with

They have cool stuff, but don't expect any employees to interact with you. After walking around their showroom for 10 minutes with the only thing being said to us being "excuse me" when we were apparently in the way of an employee putting a fixture togethe . For a place that sells light fixtures in the thousands of dollars, I absolutely expect customer service to match. Save your money, and your time, there are plenty of other fixture places around town!

I was treated with respect and gracefulness even though my credit was less than perfect. Everyone worked very hard to get me into a vehicle that day which they did. I cannot say enough about about about Aaron who was kind and very hard working. The finance department also worked very hard to keep my payments in the range that I requested. I had very little requirements for the car that I wanted and not only did they fill my requests they went over and beyond what I was expecting. I am very happy with my new car and will definitely go back there when I need a new car. I give this dealership a 10

Outstanding customer service. I have used them for several remodels & have appreciated their selection. Recently the attachment for the shade to a pendant light failed. I called & talked to Brian. He had me bring the shade in. He showed me how to repair it & provided me with the part & tool to do it. AND he called me the next day to see if I had any problems. I am blown away with this level of service.

Went to the store to look for a vanity light. Was helped by a consultant and after picking out the fixture told her I would go home to measure the electrical box to ensure that it would fit and would be right back. After driving home and confirming that it would fit I drove back to the store to purchase the $250 LED light bar. Imagine my surprise as we returned to get the number off the light the clerk asked if I was OK with purchasing the floor model for 10% off or let her order it and it will be here it 2-3 weeks. I said neither and we returned to her desk to check if it was in stock. Surprise
