A crew of 2 men came out to pull dead shrubs from my beds. I asked if they had time to plant my new shrubs (about 18 of them!). They said they could do it! They did an amazing job - they worked nonstop and got it done in about 2 1/2 hrs. My yard looks great!! We highly recommend Cititurf for your yard needs!!

Generally pleased with CitiTurf lawn care. Nice even cutting with sharp blades. They add diagonal mowing to enhance the looks.
However, I will not use their plant landscaping services any longer. After finding bark spread on our driveway one morning I discovered they had cut our irrigation pipe removing a dead plant. When I called they advised they are not responsible for damage to landscape irrigation. Mistakes can happen but not taking responsibility is not acceptable.

Superb customer service. Thank you Daniel! We recently lost a palm tree due to extreme cold. I was struggling to load the tree trunk in my truck to haul away. At the same time Citi Turf was providing lawn care for our neighbors across the street. Without asking, Daniel stopped what he was doing to help me load the tree in my truck and gave me a few pointers on our shrubs. It only took him a minute, but it meant a lot - especially since we were not even a customer! Great job Citi Turf! You'll be the first company I call when I need lawn service in the future.

After 6 years using this service, they call me and tell me that they cannot service my lawn anymore because of labor issues. Note that they decided to tell me this the day that they were supposed to mow, on a Friday, leaving me without service until I could get a replacement service the next week.
Do not use this company. They constantly have issues getting hired labor and will just leave you hanging without service. Very unprofessional!

I have used Cititurf for 15 years. A few years ago I added the weed and feed service they provide. Recently due to Covid layoff issues I called to remove the weed and feed service. I just couldn't afford it right now. They gave me an ultimatum. Either I keep the service along with my biweekly mowing or I could leave. They claimed I was grandfathered into a biweekly mowing service they no longer offered and it was, "inconvenient", to just mow. I dropped them immediately. I dont accept ultimatums from anyone. Especially customer service businesses with lots of competition

I am pleased with CitiTurf. They came in and fulfilled all our lawn care needs. Our yard was unbearable to look at. The weeds had taken over and the grass just refused to grow. After several weed and feed treatments, the grass started flourishing and the weeds begin to die. I have used Cititurf since 2013 and continued their services when we moved to our new house. They now provide all of my lawn care, tree/shrub trimming, tree care (they have arborists), and will be doing sprinkler work for me in the future. So, the latest and again with lawn care - Do NOT waste your time taking a chance on CitiTurf to perform.
I just terminated CitiTurf yesterday due to poor/lack of customer service and quality of product. I'm really surprised and disappointed - their reviews are good, as are the neighboring yards that they work on, but they completely missed my yard somehow.
My one acre yard is suffering

By and large, they do a nice job--have had to call a few times when they got overenthusiastic with the weed-eater on our back yard. We've been trying for some time to get them to use one particular gate when entering our back yard, but they don't seem to get it, simply forcing their way in the other.

The crews who come out to the home are the only reason CitiTurf is getting a second star from me, because their "customer service" is nonexistent. They have been treating our lawn, as well as providing bi-annual landscaping and weekly mowing services, for the last five years - you would think they'd want to hang on to a cash cow home like ours. My husband and I moved to Texas from Arizona last year. Having never had to mow a lawn or fertilize, we felt it would be best to trust professionals. After a lot of research, I found CitiTurf! One of the things I liked the most is that they conduct a huge amount of their business via email. Any alerts, general notices, and receipts all come via email. I signed contract with Citi Turf 6 months ago. 'My lawn service is every Wednesday'. 'We will not do service your house on Wednesday.' That's what I put & I told them when I signed the contract. This past year we decided to spend a few thousand dollars to have "professional landscaping" done by cititurf.
I contracted cititurf to landscape and MAINTAIN what they did year round. When I came back for the summer my front yard looked like an 8 year old had played around with a weed whacker all summer.

Used this company a couple years ago and had no issues. I'm to the point to where I dont have time to mow my own yard due to work. I requested a quote through the website last week...no response, so I called them today. I was told they would have someone contact me shortly...that never happened. I guess they arent worried about gaining new customers.

CitiTurf did a great job cutting my lawn for the past 2 years. Recently got an email from them saying that they wouldn't be providing bi-weekly lawn service for me anymore. Due to they don't have enough employees. CitiTurf is only providing service for the existing customers that are on a weekly schedule and use there other services like fertilizer/ weed control, pest control, etc.

Got my rejection letter this am. Looking at the coverage map for this outfit clearly shows that my home is WELL WITHIN their operating area; however, they say they do not work within Bush Tollway. My goodness, I'm almost within walking distance of their office.

We really like the CitiTurf crew. They mow and edge, leaving our lawn looking nice. We've never come home to grass clippings scattered or sloppy work. They'll also do seasonal clean ups (brush trimming, leaf collection and so on) for an additional charge.
Could we do our lawn ourselves? Yes, but Cititurf's minimal fee definitely is worth the time we gain in not doing the work.
Bonus points: The office staff are easy to work with, helpful and can quickly adjust your scheduled mow or update cards on file.
